The hotel is located basically at the airport. It is quite loud when planes land and take-off. We did know this before booking, this was not a detriment. There is very little parking as there are 3 hotels that basically share the same parking lot.

One night stay in Thunder Bay. Friendly service, room was perfectly clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Excellent amenities in suite room with couch includes fridge, microwave, kitchen. Big comfy beds. Loved it.

I arrived early. Room wasn't ready. Accommodated with a luggage room and their fridge to keep my food frozen. Wonderful help to assist with internet connection. Excellent shuttle service for an early 5:30 am start!

The room fixtures felt a bit dated. The staff was generally helpful but one incident left us a little unhappy - the front desk didn’t show discretion when we inquired about a shaver, when they responded.
Also it would have been great if they were able to loan us an umbrella.

I booked for two nights and my travels plans changed and could only stay for one night. I advised them on check in I needed to check out a day early and they would not refund me the second night and insisted on charging me for both nights. They said it's because I booked with Expedia, however when I contacted Expedia, they said they would call the hotel to see if they would change it for me. They were informed the hotel declined. Terrible service and no longer staying with this chain. I've never had a problem at other chains doing this.

Very clean, great rooms overall, the location somewhat hard to get to based on where the entrance is, staff was not necessarily helpful when asked about things to do or restaurants in the area

Truly had a superb stay - I usually check out around 6am on roadtrips and I stayed in bed this time because I didn't want to leave! Clean and new, great shower pressure, friendly service, fantastic comfortable beds and pillows. Recommended!
