אני וחבריי הזמנו את המלון הזה למרות כל התגובות הרעות שהוא קיבל.אמרנו לעצמו בטח מדובר באנשים מפונקים וכוחזרנו משם אתמול ואני פשוט מאוכזבכמה שהמלון הזה נראה טוב ויפה ככה הוא רקוב מבפניםהמסדרון מסריח מריח של סיגריותהגענו לחדר ביום הראשון קראנו לקבלה שיסדרו את הכספת בחדרכדי שנוכל לשים את הכסף שלנו בפניםנאלצנו לחכות 8 שעות כדי שיגיע מישהו - כי לא רצינו לצאת לרחובות עם כל הכסף בטיולוזה לא הכלמהיום השני חטפתי קלקול קיבה בהתחלה לא הבנתי ממה זה אפילו אמרתי אולי אחת מהמסעדות שםעד שביום האחרון הכנתי לעצמי קרונפלקס ופתאום כשאני מערבב את החלב הבחנתי בגושים מוזרים...המלון הגיש לנו אוכל מקולקל ולא החליף אותו כל השבוע חזרתי הביתה חולה מת.בקיצור להתרחק מהמלון הזה כמו מאש

השירות חדרים גרוע התקשרתי לקבלה 3 פעמים לבקש מגבות והגיעו רק לאחר כשעה .התקשרתי לקבלה לבקש השכמה בבוקר כי הייתי חייבת להגיע לטיסה ולא התקשרו להעיר

Very nice hotel at a nice location overlooking the Black Sea! Spacious rooms and a big breakfast area. Big variety of delicious food. Loved the freshly made omelette (they cook it in front of you the way you want) so much! Pool area was good too, also overlooking the Black Sea! I really enjoyed it! Its worth to mention that the shopping mall and the grocery store is right next to the hotel! So convenient! I recommend!

A new hotel is still being run and there are maintenance problems in the plumbing service. Good breakfast. Close to the airport but far from the city center. Worth the price for a short stay.

The hotel is new and very nice looking. However, there was a problem with the elevator system for a few days. It was not working properly.Breakfast was great with many options.Price was very reasonable.

Now when I say huge, I don't mean only the size of the hotel, but the size of the rooms either. They don't mention the room size in the hotels.com hotel page, but it's definitely over 35 sqm, more probably even 40. Apart from the size, the room is modernly furnished, everything is brand new, like the hotel itself, and is super-super-clean! My white hotel slippers in the end of the second day were just as white as when I took them out of their sealed bag. Bathroom is also great - with separate toilet room and washing room, toiletries are nice. Wifi is free and although not the fastest I've seen, it's definitely sufficient for most normal uses, including Skype/Viber calls and YouTube video. Breakfast, which is included in the price for all room offers, is quite nice - with a lot of cooked warm dishes and a lot of local products like cheese, salads, yoghurt, honey, etc. The restaurant is huge, modern and again - as clean as can be. If I have to say something critical at all, it is that the breakfast, which is announced to start at 7am, is actually starting to be arranged at that time. But I guess this is just a minor management problem - and it's actually the only one I noticed for my whole stay. One thing you should know - especially before hotels.com fixes the hotel location pin and description, is that the hotel is not in the city centre, but almost in the western city end. Not a big issue, if you know it - but it might affect your choice, if you prefer the city centre.
