Very friendly, courteous staff. I appreciate that the pet fee was less than $50.

The overall stay was nice. However, the walls are super thin so you can hear everything on the other side of the wall and the space under the doors had a very wide gap. I could hear everyone come in and out of their rooms and their conversations in the hall. So, I did not sleep very well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Staff was overall friendly. Clean facility. Reasonable price.

stayed one night with grand-daughter and puppy. good price. extremely clean. well-maintained. would definitely stay again tried to eat at Texas Roadhouse across the street but it was swamped

WOW! From the moment we entered the doors (even the concrete porch had been bleached and was spotless and smelled clean) we loved the colony! The man at the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable. In a matter of minutes we were checked in. Grabbed some great courtesy water that had lemons in it, and headed for our room. The building is still new...carpet, elevator everything smells new. The room was WONDERFUL! The bed was perfect, the pillows were perfect. The bathroom and shower was relaxing. Off highway far enough...no noise. The Texas Roadhouse is 50 ft from front of building and Bubbas 33 across the parking lot. WalMart, Sonic and Whataburger just down the street. Buffet breakfast was great! The staff are all so nice. And the Staff and room service are all in nice uniforms. BEST stay we have ever had in Dallas area! Lord's will, we will stay here each time we return.

Really happy with our stay. Super close to everything in The Colony. Went for a concert at Lava Cantina and super close to Uber. Staff was very helpful when I misplaced my key and checkin was super fast. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Also 2 restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing that went wrong was the refrigerator in my room died

Terrible experience. People next to us screamed on the halls all night. Kids running and yelling. Said something to front desk and they said ok but it was never confronted or dealt with. Very unpleasant. Didn’t get any sleep. Or help.

Safety is the #1 priority. Clean and hospitality is next. This was by far a great place to stay. Thank you to the staff. Especially the continental breakfast lady, she was very nice and attentive.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff was very professional.

All those items above and they didn't even have free water. They charged $6 for two bottles. No breakfast several mornings. The juice machine broke and the ice machine. They didn't have their elevator certificate from the fire department posted. Very unsafe area and clientele , it was mixed with Motel 6 and Embassy Suites and us! Not posted on their website.

The property was hard to find, staff was rude. They wouldn't let me charge things to my room. They didn't make enough food. They had a party of 25 teenagers and they went back for seconds and thirds. I watched them. The hotel was refilling things or they didn't from the beginning for all the people staying there. They had a horrible breakfast , eggs were watery and the potatoes were cooked. They also didn't offer anything to drink not even water. The juice machine under maintenance. The water to buy was $3 dollars a bottle. The prices were ridiculous, there was no where safe to go buy one without getting in your car. The room had stains on the drapes. I got at least 5 bites on my body staying there, that I didn't have before. LaQuinta hotels in the Dallas area are trashy and I will be turning these last 4 hotels into the better business bureau for all 4 locations. It's false advertising at each one I have been to. Saying ya'll have things then they don't. Oh and it was a nightmare to get anything cleaned and appointments early each day. I just wanted to do it when I got back. They said no. I don't want people in the room do to the things we brought and it was a super sketchy area. I didn't even know that. The hotel 6 , LaQuinta and The Embassy Suites were in the same circle. I saw men from across the way at Motel 6, sketchy looking people. I will never stay at one again. I have had nothing but problems at the 4 I have tried to stay at since working in this area.

Amazing experience

Front desk staff/man was very friendly & responsive. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Coffee was so-so but about usual for a hotel. It was perfectly fine for our one night stay, but I will note the shared prkg lot with Tx Roadhouse was pretty crowded.

Did NOT like the check in receptionist attitude. Poor attitude.
