Nice staff at the hotel. Few areas of the room need some minor attention. This is a good hotel but it could be great. Very good value though.

We had a wonderful experience at Metta. The staff did an amazing job of helping organize our outings to the temples and other sights. Organized guides and drivers. Easy to get into town. We definitely recommend.

Amazing stay, everything is perfect from the room to the incredible staff. Always welcoming, always want to help. The happy hour at the pool is a must!! Really recommand this place to enhance your stay in Siem Reap!

This place was fabulous, great pool and lovely rooms. Staff were fantastic. Don’t worry about it being slightly out of town Tas there is a free tuk tuk service. Loved the free cocktail hour, the girls that make them are brilliant, probably the best Margarita I’ve had in a few years!! Breakfast was minimal due to covid but fine. They currently allow you to have food delivered from Food Panda etc. No TV service due to covid, most hotels cancelled their cable subscriptions and have not started them again yet

Meta residence&spa is very modern hotel. It is a perfect place to have some rest, and relieve your fatigue during the trip. Food was delicious, hotel was very quiet. It was a perfect time for us.

Excellent staff, rooms and service. We were given a complimentary upgrade from the private villa to the pool villa which was a lovely surprise. The staff are incredibly accommodating and service was second to none. The grounds and hotel design are beautiful and conveniently located near the Angkor Wat temple and pub street. Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.

At check in we were immediately greeted and serviced one one, given a drink and a sweet treat. The property is gorgeous and our room has a fabulous little patio situated along a shallow pool with plants in it. It’s calming and beautiful. The room is very spacious with fresh plants complimentary water and a set up to make tea. The bathroom is huge with a rain water shower and the shampoo... very spa like. Would definitely recommend. It’s about a 5-6 min tuk tuk ride to the city center.

Can’t recommend the Metta Residence highly enough. From the moment first my daughter and I arrived - then later on my own when she flew back to Vietnam - the service was first class. A perfect five days. Guess where I’ll be staying next time, if ever, I return to Cambodia. Thank you Diamond, Ly and everyone else who made it such a memorable stay.

I really liked the location of this property - it was a quiet and peaceful oasis yet only 5mins by tuk tuk in to the centre. Friendly, helpful staff that went the extra mile and made us feel welcome. Loved the happy hour cocktails too. We will be back !

This boutique property really stood out. The front desk and restaurant/bar staff were all so friendly and always welcomed us with a smile. Appreciated all the little details and eagerness to please. The pool was fantastic, the happy hour cocktails at the pool bar great, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. We also had a spa treatment and loved it. A great value - will return and do recommend if you are wanting a boutique experience off the beaten path.

We could hardly believe how much we received for so little money. The restaurant was superb. We received a lovely upgrade. Vearda, the lovely lady who received us was so gracious!!

Great service! rooms are grand, clean and well designed. Spa is fantastic. Breakfast very good as well. Only slight downside is location, as it’s not in city center yet they have free shuttle service back and forth. Definitely recommended.

Very nice hotel, with some added bonuses such as a free happy hour by the pool for an hour each evening.Staff in the hotel cannot do enough for you and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.There are free tuk-tuks into town each day and are provided for a small cost of an evening. The drivers are very friendly and will bring you back to the hotel if you agree in advance a time you wished to be picked up.The pool area is spotlessly clean and a very nice place to relax.There is a large restaurant serving both Khmer and western food. Good choice of food at breakfast.Room was very spacious and very quiet. A lovely hotel!

This hotel is a small property with amazing super helpful staff and very good amenities. The vibe of the hotel is very chilled. You got a nice restaurant, a great swimming pool, free shuttles to the airport and very good almost new rooms. Food at the restaurant very diverse not to mention the sizes are BIG. Breakfast is also very nice. One thing that surprised me was the WiFi. It was VERY good. Im used for hotels in Cambodia to have horrendous connections but this one works great if you have to stay in touch with your work on the road. On a personal level, the hotel was very understanding with a one day early checkout I had to do as my daughter got sick and they had no issue to reimburse the last night value. THANK YOU

It was a gem hidden in the sand. Location is not convenient for walking to where the actions are but it’s not a problem at all with the free tuktuk provided by the hotel. Spacious room with a balcony in a low density environment is heaven after a whole day sweating and walking for sightseeing. The hotel offered to prepare breakfast at 4:15am for my sunrise cycle trip at Angkor Wat - that’s a 5 stars hotel service. A special thanks to Diamond at the reception for the warmest welcome with a bright smile. Not only did she offer the early breakfast, she made sure I knew about the complimentary massage, tuktuk and cocktails, popular tourist spots, she was also so sweet to remind me my body may not adapt well to local food and drinks quick enough and suggested places to try local street food. Highly recommend this boutique hotel for a balanced get away in this amazing city.

The staff is wonderful and extra amenities are amazing. I could not believe that they provided a free happy hour and transportation to and from the night market. We had a wonderful stay.

Staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel also provides airport pickup service. However, there were so many crickets in the hotel and some of them got into the room through the door gap.

Faultless stay! Great facilities but more than that its the service and the warmth of every single one in the property led by Kim, the Front Office Manager, to all the receptionists and bell man, Diamond and everyone who has welcomed me in my 4 days of stay. The F&B team, Mab from the pool bar who has made fantastic cocktails every night and Ny from the restaurant who exudes professionalism in every encounter has been magnificent. Everyone in the property is worth all the praises for going above & beyond their duties. They made memorable experiences with guests and I certainly look forward to my next stay with Metta! Highly recommended!
