This is probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to, there were stains all over the carpet on the floor and over the chair inside the room. The floor inside the room was very scratched up and everything felt quite unpleasant. The receptionist was absolutely lovely but unfortunately we had to book another hotel because of how uncomfortable we were here.

Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. The only thing we didn't like about Biz Apartments was that Reception is not staffed between 8am and 1.30pm daily. It caused a major drama for us when a courier was attempting to deliver our flight-delayed luggage. Other than that we'd definitely stay there again.

it was amazing we love the place ,when we arrive on 26 of June the guy who work at the front desk (i hope you knew his name to thanks him in special way)he was very nice helped us in many things, great place clean calm.

It seemed like an older hotel. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty. Rooms were not bad but definitly could use upgrades. Dishes provided were not very helpful when cooking a meal. Water kettle was old and dirty. TV would only stay on for about 30 minutes before turning off and then would loose signal constantly. Parking was costly and per day.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed.
Generous breakfast, well worth the extra money.
Convenient location in residential area close to bus and tube routes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Easy commute or energetic walk into town.
Stockholm is stunning with so much to see and do,
Apartment block felt very secure and area felt safe.
The only thing I didn’t like was apartment was on ninth floor and no safety features on windows, and no fan provided.

We stayed as a group of 4 for 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert. The rooms were very large. We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit.
The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly. Lovely cafe/bakery nearby with truly delicious pastries and coffee which served as breakfast. Overall, extremely good value for the size and quality of the room.

Great apartment, everything was new and very comfortable. The heating was a little cold for us but maybe fine for otheres as we loke it warm. We would stay again if in Stockholm.

Basic apartment with small kitchenette - nothing fancy but tidy, clean, just what we needed. Kitchen utensils provided. Short walk from T, good bus connections, ICA supermarket very near.

Overall a very nice stay, the staff who received us at the reception was super nice and welcoming.
The only thing that left us surprised is that breakfast is not served like as normally in the common area, but is left outside of the room door.
I would suggest to have a real breakfast buffet

The location is not central but well connected via the excellent Stockholm metro (Solna Centro stop). The room was very quite, not overlooking the main road where the building entrance is located.The staff was very kind and attentive.I guess this accommodation is better suited for professionals rather than tourists, since they don't have 24/7 lobby nor other amenities.

Perfect for our needs. Serviced apartment with kitchenette. 6 minutes walk to the metro station and then only ten minutes journey to the city centre. Quiet, safe location.

Biz is an apartment- hotel, no hotel service! Your room is cleaned once a week beddings as well. Nice people in the reception, afternoons and evenings.
For me the location was excellent,but I wasn’t aware that it was more like renting a room in a building than a hotel room.There is no restaurant in the apartment/ hotel, but you can order breakfast and they deliver a ‘bag’ to your door in the morning.I didn’t order that as you have a fridge and microwave and there are grocery stores close by.
It’s very basic, in my room was two tiny beds.
I recommend Biz as long as you are aware that it’s not a place with hotel service.

I found the apartment to be very lovely, spacious, and clean. I would stay here again. The hotel is near the subway and the bus stops out in front. Very large mall at subway station. Had laundry facilities. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Biz apartment locates near the metro station (line11) "Solna centrum" which is the name of shopping mall so this place is suitable for travelling and find something to eat. Room also provides kitchenette. Bed is good and room is large.

Kitchen had all the basics you'd expect, hot plate, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. We thought it was excellent value especially for Stockholm and would have no hesitation in recommending. The room wasn't cleaned in the 5 nights we stayed there, to be honest I think daily cleaning is a bit OTT, but I'm sure if we'd asked they would have been happy to do it as the staff were helpful and very accommodating.

Comfortable place to stay. Trash and washer/dryer in the basement free to use, only need detergent. Nice breakfast. It would be nice if the sandwiches had meat on them. Bread, lettuce, cheese, tomato sandwiches daily. Also yogurt parfaits, juice, instant coffee, and tea for breakfast. The place is clean and the room is spacious.

Very good more than expected .staff very attentive .4 bloks from subway station .and solna centrum with supetmarket .or across the street to.the mattress could be a little better .but really very nice hotel very clean and confortable .
