They are very annoying, before the end of the reservation hour they call you repeatedly to vacate the room, in case they have a group they do not ask you if you want the reservation to continue and you do not have priority in the reservation. The receptionist named Omar is very bad and treats foreigners with disdain

Great hotel, staff were great, rooms are pretty good, comfy and clean. Staff speaks perfect english which is rare. my only complaints are that the room had an old ac that was hard to set right, and the adjacent room AC and our refrigerator was very noisy, made it hard to sleep. Location is near two stations, and have very good restaurants near by.

Booked the room for two clearly but the room has the bed situated one side facing the wall. so we were uncomfortable getting out of the bed at night. the shower was so small like it was built for small kids. stayed there several other times at different rooms never experienced this.

Great location. Clean hotel. AC was not working. Maintenance people took 30 mins to fix it AFTER we checked in. The room was very dark; only one ceiling bulb worked. Bathroom sink was constantly leaking.

The receptionists are treated very, very badly. They even cheat on customers in different ways, just as it happened with us .. They charge you for the drinks they put in the small refrigerator, which is disgusting in the room, including two or more alcoholic beverages. When you leave, they charge additional services. I did not any of their drinks because we are basically never drinkin spiritual drinks at all, and secondly because I am diabetic I & my wife can not drink any sugar drink .. But the receptionist surprised us by saying that they had renewed for two days in the refrigerator room ... I told him but we only drink water and I tested only on can drink I dont liked still in cooler it was my mistake, Iam ready pay the cost but the worker refused, he let us to pay all what they renewed in the cooler for two days. It is really a farce in dealing can not be called only theft ... And then returned to tell me receptionist that if you try to renew the stay for one or more extra days ,You will have to pay more not same booking price but almost about double ... so I advise others to warn this hotel and its diabolical means of dealing with customers ..

They say they have WiFi right? they charge us for it, right? Thats a lie. I didn't have the internet and called the reception, his answer was a group of students are in the hotel so the internet is dead! what does it mean?! They why you can get my money for no service. I am done with this hotel and Expedia. Never gonna use this website again!
