The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean. The tub faucet wasted water waiting for water to get hot. The tub drained a little slow. The sink drain was clogged and that was the room's main issue. We didnt turn on the ac/heater so we have no review.

Clean comfortable rooms, in easy driving distance of things we wanted to do. Plus breakfast. Win-win!

Beds were comfy. Bathroom was tiny for 1 person let alone 4 people and some towels were stained. Only 1 shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided to be shared among 4 people which wasn’t ideal. Good choice at breakfast although dining area was cramped. Staff were pleasant and polite. Room was fine but could do with updating. We would’ve liked to have a safe. Handy having the fridge and microwave. Good price and we found it easy to drive to Quincy Adam’s station and park there to get into Boston on the train. Good dining options nearby.
Okay for the three nights we were there but glad it wasn’t longer.

Quick overnighter. We flew in late to Boston about 12:30 AM and we’re leaving in the morning to drive onto Portland. This place fit the bill for price and was had very comfortable pillows and mattresses. It had a pretty good continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, and an automatic waffle maker. It was also the standard oatmeal, toast and cereal, etc.
We met the manager and he was so nice. I would stay here again for a quick night in town.

We had a very comfortable stay at Best Western Braintree. The front desk person was very pleasant. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. It provided a great night’s rest for us!

Very average hotel from the service to the quality. I can mention a noisy window air conditioner and the old TV controller (it was difficult to switch the channels).
The hotel wasn't bad but overpriced for base service.

We happily paid a little extra for early check in which made our overall arrangements much easier. Room was comfortable and clean, though plumbing and ac was a bit noisy. Breakfast was simple but adequate Hotel was conveniently loxated for Boston and Logan.

When I checked in I was told “no company” after 9pm. I was shocked and not pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. As soon as you open the door the bathroom sink was right there. That was odd to me.

The computer system was down when we arrived. One ice machine in the entire building and it was on the first floor. The bathroom was so small that when you’re done taking a shower, the sink, mirror, and hair dryer was in the room’s foyer. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and the staff was very polite and courteous.

Property is safe and comfortable and a good value for the area. Staff was very attentive and responsive. Suggestions to improve: better quality towels. They were this and rough. Since the sink isn't in the bathroom, there should be a towel rack near the sink to hang a hand towel. The bathtub was a bit slippery. Need to be very careful when taking a shower. All this said, we would stay here again.

It was very nice, the breakfast area was small and there’s no pool. It is perfect for a couple of they plan on seeing places in the area.

A very comfortable hotel that is convenient to the highway. We were in town for a concert at Gillette Stadium and this was central between Foxboro and Boston. Easy to get to the train and surrounding areas. Raj, the manager, is very personable and made our stay welcoming and relaxing.

THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. cOMPARED TO OTHER EXPENSIVE HOTELS; THE SERVICES WERE EXCELLENT AND THE AMENITIES WERE JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER.
