The property was a great proximity from Boston and Salem. We enjoyed traveling and sightseeing doing the day and returning to a nice relaxing location. We enjoyed walking to breakfast at Kristin’s everyday. I would definitely recommend this location in Braintree.

Wish it had TVs in the bedrooms and needed more towels and wash clothes. But didn’t sound much time there anyway

Our family enjoyed our five nights at this home. Everything is as pictured and described. We had easy driving access into Boston, Plymouth, Portland, Lexington and Concord. The beds and living room sofas were very comfortable, and our teens all had the space and privacy they needed. The kitchen was spacious and pretty well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. We appreciated the safe and quiet neighborhood. The window A/C units worked very well to keep us all cool and comfortable. No issues at all, and we would not hesitate to stay here in the future! Thank you.

My son and I decided to spend a week in the Boston area being "tourists". Alexandra and Michaels's home in Braintree was the perfect home base for our visit. We had a rental car and drove to Boston a couple of times, to Fall River, and to Cape Cod. it was very accessible to everything, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and roomy. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Cielo Mexican Restaurant. One fun fact, there are some Toll roads in Boston and my Google maps GPS was set to avoid toll roads, so the drive from the airport to Braintree was about an hour and a half long. Once I figured out the problem the return trip to the airport from Braintree was 18 minutes. Thought I would share that. I think you will love staying at this great home.

We were very happy in this clean, comfortable, and welcoming home with all amenities included for a relaxing vacation with friends. Nearby restaurants and train station allowed for easy access to the city and meals.

We enjoyed our weekend at Ally and Michaela's place. It's close to transit options and not a bad weekend drive into Boston. We were able to prepare meals and coffee and slept well. The hosts were responsive and went above and beyond to return some items that were inadvertently left. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service!

Property was easy to get to and easy to get in and out of. Made for a nice base location for visiting Boston and Southern Massachusetts. Just as described and would highly recommend

This property was ideal for our stay in the Boston area! It was well stocked, near shops, and perfectly located for all of the historical tourist stops. We were easily able to drive too Boston, Salem, and Plymouth from this location then come back to this comfortable and clean house to relax and enjoy time as a family. I definitely recommend it!

My family came to town for the Army/Navy football game. My husband and I and our four adult children rented this lovely home and it was perfect! There are markets, a liquor store and a cute breakfast spot (Kristin's) within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! Thanks to Ally and Mikaela for sharing their home!

Loved our stay here. It was in an area far enough out of the city to be quiet but close enough to public transportation and restaurants. The other two tenants in the building were quiet and respectful.

During our recent visit to Boston, we had the pleasure of staying at this house. It was wonderful! Very clean and well-equipped, with the added bonus of off-street parking. Beds were very comfortable, layout of the home was perfect for 4-6 people. Close to highways and the T to the city. Owners were very accessible and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

My family flew into Boston on the way to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. We stayed at this house for one night and it was perfect. It was clean, convenient location, quiet and comfortable. The hosts are great and responsive. I definitely recommend it!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. When we walked in after a long car ride we felt like we were home. The rooms are bright and beautiful and the beds and accommodations very comfortable. This is a true gem- peaceful and quiet and yet convenient to Boston and public transportation.

A fellow employee and I attended a conference at the Marriott. My husband, sister and son come along to visit Boston while we attended the tour.
The house was a perfect location...about a 5 minute drive to the hotel. It was also close to food and shopping. The house was clean, spacious and decorated nicely. I would definitely consider staying here if we attend the conference next year.

We came up to watch the St Louis Cardinals play the Red Sox at Fenway and see a few sights in the city. Braintree is quite frankly a perfect little neighborhood. This home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, spacious and a great value. Our neighbors were friendly and we felt right at home. The bus stop is right on the corner or the train station is just a short and easy walk through the neighborhood. There is a convenience store, a diner (Kristen's) and a market (Fasanos) within a few blocks. At Fasanos you can get fresh packaged hot meals, fresh packaged single or family meals, deli options and so much more. We used Shaw's grocery delivery. They were quick and friendly. Overall great experience. Thank you Alex and Michaela.
