For the price, the hotel is ok. I was bugged by a very loud fan noise which could not be turned off, which I believe was part of the ventilation system, and therefore had to sleep with earplugs. They seem to have run out of pillow cases so the well-used pillows were wrapped in sheets, which was not ideal. Overall, pretty soulless, but survivable for a night. I would not stay again.

A previous guest had been smoking in the room. There were ashes in the window sill, outside the window, cigarette burns and the room smelt of smoke. I was disappointed when I shared photos with the front desk worker the next morning and she only shrugged her shoulders. We will not stay with this chain again

Worst hotel in my life. I arrived at about 12 o'clock at night due to the flight delay. Check-in time had passed and the door was closed. I called because there was a phone number for late check-in, but I could not connect. I was going to be homeless, but I was able to sleep in the room with the help of other guests. I went down at six o'clock the next day and told the staff (I don't know her name) what happened last day and checked in even in the morning. But the staff did not apologize and just said that it was possible only by 6:30. I could not believe it. How could there be a hotel like this? This staff member was not only able to speak English but was also unkind and very rude. I could not understand how this person could work at the hotel desk. In the afternoon, I met another staff member, who spoke good English, was kind and apologized. Considering the staff I met on the first day, this hotel has 0 point, but it gives 2 points to this hotel because of this staff. Finally, ask the hotel. Refund the amount for missing first night.

I don’t expect these services everyday but during a longer stay like mine a believe at least the bathroom should have been cleaned. I can’t bring a vacuum cleaner or cleaning products with me. The service is polite. Spacious, quiet and very clean room. Good breakfast. Swimming pool and parking. A few minutes from a large shopping centre, an airport and the Bordeaux ring road. Excellent hotel.

A few obvious repairs should have been performed in the bathroom. No air conditioning. Some of the staff were not overly friendly. The unit had a kitchen which would have been convenient if we were staying longer. Room was generally clean bed was comfortable. We could stay here again.

The hotel was really clean. It had a nice pool and fitness room. However, the location was horrible. The restaurant next door was closed for holiday so we ended up not eating because the closest restaurant or grocery store was a 45 minute walk away. We tried to walk but the sidewalks ended and you were just waiting to get hit by a car. The restaurant next store said they opened at 630 pm but never did.

Overall ok for an overnight, but service and breakfast were very poor. Nobody speaks English in the hotel, and the breakfast was just ok. Bread but no toaster, juice machines not working.

Convenient hotel in principal, but be careful because the reception closes early and (unless you have easy access to your emails) it will be nearly impossible to work out (you will not be given the code until the last minute and without your code you cannot access the hotel). Also considering that we were travelling as a family for one night, I did expect the room to be prepared for the number of guests expected...As it was we were struggling with a sofa bed at 11.30 (after trying for an hour to get into the room) and without made up pillows.However, the staff, once they reappeared in the morning, were very helpful and conciliatory, which made up for a lot.

Good hotel at good rate near to the Bordeaux Airport.

A warm & friendly welcome at checkin.Rooms are a very good size, kitchen area was nice and lounge area was perfect.I used the fitness centre this was on the small size but ok... no weights to use really but a good set of cardio machines.

Massive Spacious, clean and comfy room, friendly staff, super shower, wellfurnished kitchen, convenient location, quiet, super TV, home from home, decent gym and pool, all good

Great experience. We stayed one night given the convenience of being near the airport. The room was spacious and we could even cook in the small kitchen. The kids used the pool too which was an added perk. I’d stay there again.

Good location for the airport; good facilities (esp swimming pool); tasty breakfast; polite staff; quiet; nice touch having the sofa bed pulled out and made up for us.
