Lovely place, fabulous room, just a bit too formal for me.

We loved it there. The hotel is beautiful, with very trendy, luxurious feeling decor in room and also all common areas. Service was great at both restaurant and lobby. The room was spacious and with a nice view through a huge glass wall. Important to notice, we were travelling with our 35 kilo dog (who is sometimes not treated nicely just cus she's big), and we felt welcome everywhere, including the restaurant. Lots of green areas outside so you can take your furry family member on a quick walkie. The only thing: make sure you get the right address, the address on hotels.com takes you to a Quick restaurant nearby, around 10 min away.

Restroom problems made the room smell bad

Easy parking and just off the highway. Great for an overnight while traveling. Nice restaurant and bar area. Large room. Glass shower open to sleeping, FYI in case traveling with friends. Room looked clean but I found clothes left behind and a dirty coffee mug. Otherwise very nice room.

Very friendly, clean, a lot of space, beautiful decorations in lobby, restaurants etc. Nice kids corner. So good to have glasses and porcelain cups in the room instead of plastic or paper cups!

Only bad thing was that the room that we payed for, was not the room that we did get.. the answer we reseaved was that the pictures can be different:).. Annyway, the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here many times. I like this hotel, great breakfast. My only issue is the room design; all toilets are isolated far away from the rest of the bathroom, and no sink in the toilet rooms.

Well appointed, clean room. A little more coffee would have been appreciated.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been, clean, confy and elegant. The staff are cool and helpful, i will definetely stay in Van der Valk Hotel when I go to Arlon again :)

Bottles of water, but no bottle opener, coffee machine, but no coffee. Air conditioning, but non functional. I booked the room because they supposedly had AC

The hotel is very new, therefore everything was clean, including the carpets! We were visiting family, so did not have a chance to try the cuisine. The hotel is far from public transport (bus, train, etc) but the desk had a chart with normal taxi fares We appreciated the modern design of the hotel. The Western side of the hotel has balconies. There is plenty of FREE parking.

Van der Walk Hotels are quality four and five star business hotels. This one had only been open a few months so the decor was fresh, stylish and modern. The rooms and open areas are all first class and much to our taste. We arrived on Valentines day and the hotel restaurant was fully booked with a five course special. The staff were great and we were fed in the bar. This was the only failure! My burger was very "processed" and not at all enjoyable. My wife had a Schnitzel which was Dry and also disappointing. Still the beer was good (this is Belgium after all!) and we had a great time. Excellent

A modern, stylish hotel. A very pleasant stop-over. I'd recommend it.

It's very modern with interesting mood lighting, the hotel restaurant serves delicious food and whilst it's not cheap, I think it is decent value for money. Rooms are lovely and are great value. The one downside is that the hotel is a bit tricky to access from the road and can benefit from better signage and directions form the dual carriageway / motorway junction that it is located on. The location makes it perfect for an overnight stay on a journey.

No security Not good cleaners we talked to front desk daily about it but nothing change I dont recommend it

Very disappointing.Hotel is under construction and not ready to be opened.Hotel is visible from highway but no indication where to access, it took us more than half an hour to find the entry.When we used the shower the bathroom was flooded.There was no hair dryer in the room, saw dust in the closet an noise from construction.
