We like the food choices around the area. The room was clean and the service was greart.

Very dark rooms .. they say kitchen .. but without nothing … not even a pan to boil 2 eggs.. windows facing other rooms and very dark! Parking abusing expencive … worst hotel even in makati

No problems encountered for us over 5 nights stay. Staff very courteous and willingness to assist in all areas.

Older property really bad smell in the area when you get out on your floor. Rooms were ok . Bed too hard . What was expected for this price. Staff very responsive and courteous .

I tried repeatedly to engage with the Front Desk and concierge service to arrange for golf and was never able to get anyone to assist me. The breakfast was also substandard and service was poor.

Bad odor within the building, elevator, unit floor. Rusty bidet, linens and towels too old, bed too firm (had to request foam topper for comfort). Inside room not well cleaned, you can spot dust and not well maintained.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, stayed there many times over the past years and will stay there again.

Staff were great and very helpful. Our room was clean, Close to restaurant and easy access to everything, nice park nearby. We had a great time on our stay. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The kitchen is outdated

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. Only the bathroom was a little dirty near the sink and shower area. Kitchen was small but clean. The biggest problem was the mattress. It felt too hard and like laying on the box spring with very little padding. You could feel the springs poking through your back. They need a better mattress. Overall, place was good. Near drugstore, convenient store and restaurants.

Great Staff, Top of the Line

The unit I was in, 2512 could use a bit of an update and thorough cleanliness. There was no outlet in the bathroom to plug-in the hairdryer and when I tried to use it outside in the main room, there is no mirror to look at. It was a bit inconvenient.

Second time staying here within a year. Mediocre a/c and dated bathrooms keep this nice property from becoming “excellent”. The staff is amazing and attentive.

It was nice and clean... staff was very helpful , nice area, resturants close... i stayed for almost 1 month..... there were a few roaches, not alot, maybe 5 in my time there. I didnt complain because it wasnt a lot and not in the kitchen.

The lady who checked us in was awesome and the staff were great. There was a smell in the room due to a water trap not having water in it, but once I found it and fixed it the smell started getting better.

Amazing will come back again

The lobby looks completely clean and was impressed with the quality of the personnel staffing the desk. Jerome was a very good night manager and then changed the days while I was there but he took charge of trying to keep everything in check so far as my reservation was concerned. I was very disappointed in the first room we went to it was not anything I expected when you order something like a queen sweet supposed to be premier and it was not it was anything but a sweet and the bathroom you could almost step into the toilet from the shower. So there are many other things I won't go into detail but I would not be staying at the Valero again if I came back to PI. They tried to make it right and the finishing touch was a roach crawling around the microwave oven in the room we had that was it that was out of there. Went to another hotel had nothing but praise for that one and cost about just the same per night. And I'll be doing review on that hotel on the Google maps and the website for the hotel itself. I would suggest somebody look somewhere else for a room and not the at the Valero. The street noise is tremendous I got very little sleep the time I was there.
