Very disappointing overall. The air conditioner made a loud clicking noise and when we asked them to repair it they told us just to leave the fan on low which did not solve the problem. The shower had hot water intermittently as did the sink. The water is a rather unsightly brown color and I ended up buying bottled water so I can brush my teeth . The window had a leak so in the rain storm water ran down the inside of the wall and onto the floor and I had to mop it up. The breakfast is very basic and has little variety. Pillows were very thick and hard. The only positive is the close proximity to the major sites and just 3 km from the pub Street dining District Would not stay here again

The resort is on the dirt back road, surround by back of the big holel, few private homes and construction site. The hotel itself was good, and conveniently located - we rented bikes and it took us 15 minutes to be at Angkor Wat. We enjoyed pool, breakfast buffet was great - amazing coffee and variety of fruits plus a'la carte eggs.

This place is very special with the nicest location. The staff is out of this world, and the restaurant very good. This place is must try, if you want something out the ordinary. 5 star all around, and the highest recomandation

The property was beautiful. Lovely salt water pool and 3 balconies of lush plant life. The room had a hot shower and comfortable bed with plenty of room for our "stuff"! The staff was exemplary! There was a breakfast buffet with a nice variety of offerings. We had dinner and drinks there as well, all delicious.

All the Pandora Suite D’Angkor rooms are large as it was previously called Grand Élysée La Residence. The couple of things I liked was you could access all meals and drinks at this location or you could buy inexpensive meals for 150 to 300 riel two blocks down the street towards Angkor Wat at the Chef Pan Restaurant if on a budget. The location and suite price was good as you are as close as you can get to the Angkor Wat Archaelogical Park main entrance and accessible by downloading the grab app or pass application for a tuk tuk or remork. Note that you have to buy or go online to purchase admission tickets which you cannot get at the main entrance of Angkor Wat. I did not like that you have to access the Pandora Suite via a dirt road in but they had a 200’ paved stone sidewalk to get to check in desk. The other thing I did not like was they advertised a suite with a pool view but you have to open you suite door to actually get your pool view from your reserved outside deck sitting area usually with a table and two chairs on the upper floors. I did like having a small safe, fridge and kettle in the suite. Missed having no microwave. Housekeeping came every day to provide two glass bottles of water, coffee, tea, razor, toothbrush, comb, shampoo, conditioner and body bath foam and more. I enjoyed my short visit here and would stay here again versus going to the more upscale Park Hyatt, Sofitel and Raffles resorts further away towards Siem Reap.

Very highly recommended

This was our best Hotel on our SEA trip so far. Melinda at the front desk was great. We ate dinner at the hotel both nights. I want to thank the whole staff for a wonderful experience.
