I had a sickness while staying at the hotel at night. Many of the staff came to the assist. Very king and responsive.

Not a fancy hotel, but well very designed, good food, and good staff. Adequate gym (small and crowded in mornings) and a rooftop pool. The location is convenient with a few coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. A good alternative to more expensive hotels downtown.

I arrive lately at the hotel and when I want to do the Checkin, they say there is no availability for room non-smoker room, the only available room is a smoker room but when I reserved at the website, I choosed an non-smoker room and when I ask for an upgrade, they said it’s not available and all the hotel are fully booked!!

Convenient location and ok hotel. Unfortunately couldn't sleep from the AC strange noices all night, sink is clogged and internet was pretty bad. Breakfast was good.

The hotel located on a road which is under construction. Reaching the hotel was very combersome. I would ràther know road conditions befor making any reservations. Reception emplyees attitude was poor and carelees of hotel guests..

The room was too small, In spite of the lack of amenities, while the phone service was off and I had to walk up to the front desk every time I wanted a thing, the bed sheets and cover are thick and for winter I had to sleep without a cover and no housekeeping as there are no phone to contact them, the breakfast was cold, I had to complete my stay bcuz the time was too late to change ,, the front desk employees were very respectful i think it was the only thing that I liked, generally, not booking in this hotel again of course.
