Good room size. Great location. Walking distance to the top destinations.

Stay was so good I almost want to keep it to myself. Very friendly staff upon checkin. Room was crisp, clean, and modern. Had the 1 bedroom apartment - very comfortable for 3 travellers. Location is great and well connected. I’ll definitely be back.

Check in was too slow.

We moved to this hotel last minute as our other place was so noisy. It was the perfect escape. The room was beautiful, great amenities and so easy to walk everywhere. Plus there was public transport right out the front of the hotel.

Rooms were excellent. Room service is every 3 days but you can request extra. Breakfast was good. Two negative issues. Charged €8.60 for 2 small bottles of water at reception. Bar staff at the bar slow and inefficient. The bar closed before 23.00.

The location is fantastic. The U1 is right outside, which makes getting anywhere very easy. There are also many sites you can easily walk to like Miniature Wonderland and St Nikolai church. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and totally worth the add on. The only complaint that I have is that the air conditioning didn’t seem to do much of anything. We turned in on full blast and could barely feel anything coming out.

Worst stay i have ever had. No A/C working. No pets allowed. Not possible to make a change in the reservation. No childchair in the restaurant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice apartment style rooms, good layout. Great location for exploring the city, fairly easy to find parking spaces in the vicinity. Check-in was a bit slow, you need to fill out a paper form with your information and the lady working at the desk was not very communicative. The extra bed was not made on arrival, so a staff member came by to do it around 30 min. later, which is not ideal when you want to rest before going back out for an evening in the city. Good breakfast but very slow turn-around / re-setting of tables.

We stayed at Adina for New Year’s Eve going into 2024. The hotel is nice in terms of interior, condition, view and cleanliness. We stayed in a great corner room with lookout to the water, perfect for the New Year’s we had planned. However, our stay was unfortunately disturbed by a fire, meaning that all guest was promptly evacuated. Even though the situation was not caused by the hotel personnel, I must admit that the crisis management performed by the personnel was inefficient and honestly dissatisfactory. Throughout the day we received little information in general. Several guests besides only speaking English, but 90 % of all information was only in German, and we had to ask for translation several times. People were during the day more and more scattered in different corners of the hotel, including the bar and conference room, and we had to ask in the reception for information time and time again as communication was not provided to all guests at once, incl. when we could go back into our room. We sat in a conference room for +6 hours, during this time we were only offered drinks from the bar (after 4 hours) and we were not offered any food, we got snacks only my request. We checked out on the 31st and was informed of possibilities for reimbursement. It took quite some time to get responses from the hotel, but within app. 1 month we had our money for the night, parking and for dry cleaning.

A lovely, clean and comfortable apartment hotel. The kitchen area was very well equipped, even with a washing machine. Very convenient for local attractions. Definitely use Adina apartments again.

If you prefer a small studio with your own kitchen and bar table this is the place. Felt like home and very good facilities from sauna, gym and swimming, although bit small for the amount of people when it gets busy but if there is no one it is perfect. But if a walking distance to public transport and centre, nevertheless would recommend if you stay longer and want something more to give a bit of home feeling this is the place.

Very nice property with spacious rooms. Pool and sauna were a nice plus. Breakfast buffet was ok, but nothing special. Overall it was a very good experience.

Nice large new rooms, great atmosphere, perfect location in town. Upper level price class, if the pool was heated price and benefit for the visitor would match a little better. A really good experience despite a bit high costs and the extra money that had to be paid for parking and for city taxes which made the stay 20% more expensive than the price booked for.

Well managed, everything is proper, been visiting here every time in Hamburg.

New conditions with state of the art kitchenette

If you want air conditioning you may not get it. We booked 6 rooms for a family trip and 3 of them did not have working air conditioning. Management later acknowledged they are trying to repair the rooms that are not working, but they do not have a clear timeline and did not share this info until after our stay.

I loved the location and the hotel was nice. The staff was not very friendly.

We have been to Hamburg twice and stayed at Adina twice. We love our stay and the staff is fantastic.

The place is nice, clean, and has a great location. The room is fully furnished and has all the amenities as described. There was a miscommunication and our room was not cleaned during our stay. Also, when trying to close the bathroom's sliding door it kept bouncing back and therefore opening. There were no instructions on how to turn the bathrooms extractor on.

A nice hotel in a lovely location, just a short walk away from the city centre. We booked a studio room which was nice an spatious. The only odd thing was that you were only able to rent a coffee machine and it was not already available as it is in many other hotels. Not an issue though as they make great coffee at a cafe next door.
