Excellent location. Flat exactly as in picture. On arrival at 7am everything was ready for check in.I was very grateful for that. Communication with management was entirely by email. Heving spent 15 nights there - far above the average stay - I was somewhat surprised to be charged $ 40 for extra cleaning of towels! That is petty bureaucracy in action rather than sound business sense at work!

Good location. Noisy A/C

Good location for Metro. Financial district, quite bland. Apt. was in the noisiest corner facing the busy road & the Sun all day. Only 1 A/C unit in the whole apt. In the bedroom, hard to sleep. For me personally, the bed was too soft so I did not get any sleep in the night. This place is good if you are not planning to spend much time in it. It has an efficient kitchen and bathroom. The pool area has no shade, but has good view of the nearby mountains; you can swim laps.

Great location and easy access

Dirty sheets since we did check in. They never cleaned the unit even though we have requested they said it was schedule and never did it. Very noisy units and the barbecue area they charged it for extra money and it was very dirty as well.

Great location, easy access, very safe. Good to walk around and for dining options. I think EL Golf is the good looking site of Santiago. It's very different from the rest of the city. The property was very comfortable, very clean too. We had access to the parking. Everything was easy to handle.

The place is very clean. The staff is nice. The place is in a safe area and one of the nicest in the city. The only issue is that they only gave me two towels for the 2 of us for couple of days. They only send someone to clean the unit every 5 days, so two towels is not enough, they should leave more.

The location of the apartment is great. The place is clean. But the toilet doesn't flush well and the sink water doesn't go down fast enough. The apartment hotel also requires us to contact them 72 hours in advance to get access code to enter the apartment. But it turned out that the access code can only be sent to us on the very day we checked in anyway. So if you decide to stay there, please make sure your phone has internet service. Also, the furniture in the apartment have sharp edges and handles, which would make it unsafe for young children. No room service and breakfast. The front desk employees are friendly but they don't speak English. The place also don't have luggage storage during the weekends. I extended my check out time to 7pm since there's no luggage storage service on the Sunday I'm flying. I paid 35 dollars for late checkout, which is not bad. I needed someone from the apartment hotel to call a taxi for me to go to the airport since my Uber software wasn't working. But the hotel contact I asked refused to do so. I eventually walked to a nearby hotel. The staff there was very nice and arranged a taxi service for me. All in all, the apartment hotel has its clear advantage because you can do some simple cooking there and the location is good, but we did wish the service were better.

Location is great

Pros- safe neighborhood, nice and clean building, close to supermarket, metro station and restaurants. Cons-front desk people don’t speak English and they are not “zip people”, we had to communicate with google translate. We had a bad checkin experience because the “zip people” were not in the office. However the office people were helpful if you can get hold of them. Office is closed Friday afternoon until Monday morning. They only replace towels every 7 days. There’s only one floor model air conditioning in bedroom and it’s very loud, think about it if you are a light sleeper. Website stated NO pets but there are lots of pet.

The place looks nothing like the photos, super tiny apartment. Very hot with only one small air conditioning unit in the lounge. Had to ask for a fan for our bedroom. and put girls mattress in the lounge cause their room was too hot.

Excellent location and great communication. Easy to check in and out. The only "but" is that it's not safe for small children, as there are no safety nets in the windows and they don't lock. Other than that it's perfect.

The building is located perfectly near shops, restaurants and grocery. It's a modern and lovely building and room. They provide weekly housekeeping, which is great. There are laundry facilities also, which is convenient. My only negative comments would be that I had to ask for help with various things and though the management was very responsive, they made me feel that I was bothering them. The air conditioner didn't work, and when I reported it someone came and unplugged it and plugged it back in and told me it was fixed (of course I had tried that multiple times already and it didn't help at all). I gave up after a while and just dealt with the heat in the room. I had issues with the keypad to enter the room and was made to feel like an idiot (my friend also had issues so I know it wasn't me). Those are the things that affected my review the most.

Loved the apartment itself and the balcony! The kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances. It was well furnished. The person at the front desk did not speak English. We had our daughter with us who is fluent in Spanish, but if we didn't, it would have been a real problem. We were in around Christmas and I wanted to have a later checkout but the main Zip office could not be contacted via phone only email and the message said it would take 2 days to get back to me. That's not acceptable.

Employee was ecstatic about this unit. It was clean, well layed out, in a great location and customer service was excellent.

The apartment is well located, just a block away of apoquindo av. Where you can find restaurants, cafes andn 20min walk from Costanera center.It is also well decorated and pretty comfortable.

For example, my booking said a mountain view room, and I had a view of another building. That was not a huge issue though, more just inaccurate advertising. The things that did bother me were the fact that the cable did not work for 75% of my stay. The woman at the office allowed me to use her netflix account, which was nice, but still not ideal. The apartment has a kitchen, which is great, but it is missing some staples. For example, no paper towels / napkins to wipe your mouth / hands after eating, or to wipe spills. Also, it would be nice if they had salt and pepper, as who wants to buy that for a short trip? They are staples in my opinion and providing paper towles and salt and pepper would make people's stay much easier. Also, they were low on towels. When I asked for a towel for the pool, they said that wasn't their responsibility. I explained that they advertise a pool so from my perspective it is their responsibilty. In the end, they were able to sort it out, so I felt taken care of, but ample towels is not something a place to stay should have problems with. We have stayed here a few different times during our 6 weeks in Chile. It is so nice and clean and in a great area. The staff is incredible. We keep coming back here after going to other places to explore but nothing compares.

The place is new, very clean and really nice. Daniella, the lady who checked us in was very helpful and nice. She was the only one who spoke English though. That was the ONLY slight problem. The area is really nice and has everything you need!

Great stay, perfectly located. Loved the pool on the rooftop. Only minus is the aircon, it's too noisy. Can't really sleep with it on, and then it gets too hot. Otherwise, perfect apartment!
