AC was not working properly. The hotel is showing its age. The hotel has a smoke smell. Our room smelled of smoke for a non smoking room. We ran the bathroom vent all day to help with smell.

Hotel facility was very good. We arrived rather late and the requested room with roll in shower was still available. Room could have used a few more charging outlets.

Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. I was disappointed the roof top sitting area was empty and not like the pictures. I would stay again.

Room had no working phone, room was dirty, bathroom shower was also unclean, the rooftop was not kept up and used for smokers. Nothing like pic. Sheets weren’t clean and looked like someone was in there and they never cleaned room

Breakfast was provided for all the guests. We went down and witness a horrible interaction between the breakfast attendant and guests: She was rude and talk to the guests like children. Let's just say I never went back for breakfast for the remainder of my visit.

Our room had clothing from previous tenant under the bed. So can’t be sure about how thoroughly the room was cleaned. The outlet and usb ports at the nightstand didn’t work. Lots of noise all night

Not the greatest. A few things were broken but worked in room (facet, charger lamp next to bed) Carpet was super dirty and gave you walmart feet from shower to bed. Patio was not what was pictured on website. Missing and broken furnature. Wont be staying here again.

The rooms are nice and large. Great couch with foot rest. Room could have been cleaner.

The booking said 2 queen beds they didnt seem to be queens overall was a good stay

The staff was friendly, the rooms are not that clean, the shower was disgusting. The pool was extremely cool, they said they were fixing it but they didn’t. We could not used it.

I wish the side door worked with my card because we were parked right next to that door. And also wished the ice machine worked on the 5th floor where we were located. All the staff were very pleasant. Would like Expedia to let us know that the pet fee was $75.00! prefered the pet fee to be $50.00 like the hotel across the street. Breakfast was great.

The room was decent, but the bathroom could use some serious TLC. The shower floor was gross and the shower head had visible mold, which was pretty unsettling.
And to top it off, the fridge wasn't working.
Just a few areas that need some attention to make the space feel cleaner and more comfortable.

The staff of this establishment were TOP NOTCH. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast selection was nice and the kitchen staff were vey attentive in keeping things stocked.

The hotel and room was clean. Breakfast was complimentary and the server was fun and helpful. All staff members were friendly.

I forgot her name, but the attendant working the desk Friday evening the 24th, was absolutely delightful. She bent over backwards to insure my checkin was an easy process. Well Done Hampton.

It was an overnight stay while traveling. The gym treadmill was great, there were no cups to get water, & there was only 1 gross mat to use. Hotels.com did not notify me of the $75 extra fee for our dog, which should’ve been brought to my attention upon paying for the room. The hotel itself and staff all lovely.
