It was comfortable and convenient. Close to all services and restaurants.

Im happy with my stay at parkland motel the staff was freindly and helpful. rooms are clean comfortable close to the city and utas stadium that why i was in launceston for football thank you

Very old building needs a bit of renovations

No wonder the rooms are non refundable. I've stayed better hostels than this place. Sheets were dirty and had bed bugs bathroom and room was very run down. On the website it says thet offer airport transfers they don't it also says free wifi it doesn't work. Its also a fair walk from anything good. They say to call or text the after hours number if you need anything but no one responses if they do its the day after. Reception is only open until 6pm and not on a Sunday. Honestly after the first night if i could have afforded to i would have moved to a different hotel. I brought up the dirty bed with them and asked for the room to be cleaned and new sheets they just made the bed. Same sheets and all.

The owners were very nice....but the room was old, bed very uncomfortable. I even considered sleeping on floor. The water faucets were not working properly. When I checked out, I didn't have the space to leave without scraping my rental vehicle. Thank goodness I bought rental insurance. It's basically a motorcycle parking lot. There was a microwave and fridge in room. WIFI was in and out.

Nice staff but very noisy from road traffic in ground floor rooms at the front. Radiator heating was not very warm.

No problems. All good and within walking distance of restaurants.
