What a fabulous hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful guy on reception, who was extremely helpful and polite. The same in the evening with a lady on reception. They are so very professional. The room is truly spotless and the furniture is like new. The bathroom fantastic and again spotless. The bed is one of the best I’ve slept in and the bed linen top quality! Just FABULOUS!

The worst ever, and I stay many hotels are year round. The front desk guy didn’t want to be there. Pretended he didn’t understand English until Hotels.com called him then he knew English. He told me one thing and told hotels.com another. Then he manipulated the air in my room to extremes back and forth to punish me for reporting to hotels.com. The next morning, the manger didn’t care to hear what I said since he spoke to the front desk guy who no doubt fed more lies to him. There are plenty other hotels around—I suggest finding a different one where they actually care and will not tell different stories to save themself.

Overall the property was nice and just as advertised. Lots of construction in the surrounding areas though and not too much to do

The bed have BED BUG and Our 22 mouth baby had bite .
I don't know how would you pay all damages we had.
We has 4 pieces of suitcase .
we complained to the front desk ,we took pictures .
You should first stop selling any rooms with this hotel and pay for our staff which we will trash including suitcases .

The hotel was good and staff friendly and very helpful. The area outside of hotel was not particularly nice. It’s a short taxi ride to the port where there are lovely restaurants, great views and very pleasant environment

It was a quick stay. But great for what I needed at the time.

thought it was closer to the airport, but still Ok. used uber to move around to the nearby train station, St Laurent. 12 usd. Used family pass to go to Cannes and Monte Carlo. We will be back!

Customer service was excellent. Hotel was very neat and clean. Good size rooms equipped with all the basic needs like of hair dryer, toiletries, safe, tea coffee etc were given. We stayed there for three nights. Bed size and mattress were good to sleep.

Horrible treatment by night staff . There was no place to park for paid parking . The night staff was cursing in french while he does not understand English. They charged me for parking but all the pots where taken and the only spot left was way too small for anyone to park. I expect my money back for this

We booked a room at this hotel and upon arrival we found that room is dirty: linens have human hairs all over. And the biggest issue is that there is no one available on weekends to clean room / change linens. Avoid this hotel at all costs

Location was an issue for us. If you are relying on public transport then train station is 25 min walk. Other than that the hotel is nice with friendly staff.

Only problem was the shower .. it was quite slippery.. we had to put a towel in the shower floor to have grip

We enjoyed this very comfortable room with a balcony. Although we just stayed one night, it’s the kind of place we could stay for several days. Staff was super friendly and they provided a secure place for our bikes.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. It is located very close to bus lines and easy access to Nice and shopping malls. I loved being away from the touristy areas. Will stay here again!

No Restaurant on site and after an hours walk..no Restaurant's were open in the area. No on site parking for my van.

Location is 25 minutes away from metro so that price is exaggerated for the hotel and its amenities. Also our bathroom ceiling would leak every time we took a shower.

I will never use a Best Western. I had a problem with getting to the hotel and they charged me the entire stay and would not refund any portion.

Everything was pretty good, room was clean. Service was okey.. when we came in our first day in the morning nice guy met us. He helped with baggage, with all information and in general was super nice and helpful. At lunch-evening we met another girl on reception she was less pleasant. In our last day we also met this girl when we came to take our stuff from the hotel, so we got the same attitude. So If don't pay attention to this moment, then everything was fine.

It was beautiful, and the staff was wonderful. I only got to stay one night instead of two because I missed my connection flight but I will definitely go back the next time I go to Nice. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was a good size even in the smaller room, which I appreciated. The breakfast was delicious. And the bakery down the street was great too!

Good clean hotel with easy access to the airport. Perfect for a one night stay. An easy 20 min walk to the beach should you wish to swim or frequent the beachside restaurants. Otherwise dining options are close by.

Nice hotel in a corner. Except for parking in an underground garage every thing was perfect. I had a superior room with a terrace. You have to pay for parking.

Me and my family spent one night in between flights from Nice and it was a wonderful surprise the comfort provided by this hotel. The surrounding area it also worth a stroll and you can find delicious bakeries and restaurants as well and very cute historical streets.
The room was clean, quite and very suitable for a family of 4.

Parking in the parking garage was very tight. We had a medium size car. But at least parking was available, so that was a huge plus!

I had an overnight stay at this property and was pleasantly surprised how exceptional it is for the price. Such great value for a lovely, very clean and modern room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could stay longer. They are doing everything right! Great job BW!
