Great golf trip

Facility great but had a joining room with a family who had minor children and the noise and echo of all their movements prevented us from sleeping.

Beautiful hotel, like 5 min from Legoland, amazing customer service. Yummy restaurant there also. Pool is open 24hrs.!!

Turned me away even though i told them i was turned away from the westin for being pansexual and that the cops were called on me. I even told them im trying to escape an abusive situation and they did nothing and were rude to me

The Carlsbad Westin is in a beautiful location. It has a gorgeous pool area to relax by during the day and is quiet and peaceful for those that are not traveling with children.

Beautiful hotel and clean

It was nice. We liked the pool area, but on our second night there was so much noise in the hall, we could not sleep.

The bellman/ valet is completely useless. They didn’t even acknowledge that we arrived and when we asked for a luggage rack, he said no! Then when we asked for his help, he came and dropped a luggage rack to us . Wow… Once we complained, they were ready to smile and acknowledge us. Sad. We won’t be staying here again.

Beautiful rooms and pool and fire pit area. Lots of babies and toddlers in hot tub which seems like a health risk to me. Music by pool was a bit loud and continuous till late. Overall a fantastic place!

The Westin is a pretty property with a very attractive check in lobby the check in staff were polite and fast which was great but that's where it ends, The suite we were in only had one robe, one regular coffee and one decafe, I guess they only plan on one guest will be in the room, I had to call for additional, as you walk through the corridors there are many food trays from room service for most of the day at the pool there is a QR code on furniture to order food and beverage delivery to your pool chair but there is only one staff member who prioritizes the line in front of them QR orders after so you will end up in the line anyway otherwise you will be long gone before if it does finally arrive. you have to call for coffee and towel replenishment each evening due to housekeeping does not come unless called or the day you check out to turn the room.

I loved the underground parking. My family felt safe at all times and was very comfortable at the pool. Everything was amazing!

Liked everything about it, I'm very picky with hotels and this hotel bedides being located in a great area, has a beautiful setting and the whole experience was really nice. Looking forward for my next stay

This Westin Resort is the most thoughtful and peaceful layout, but the Westin always exceeds my expectations. They put tremendous thought into everything from their signature scent to the furnishings and accoutrements-their room layout and design, food, and phenomenal spa just to name a few.. Kudos to you Westin Properties and hope to see you sooner than later!

Beautiful- great place to stay and go to Lego land

Took our son to LEGOLAND. The private entrance was the key here. The food at Westin was good. Pet friendly. Brought our dog with us. Would stay here again.

-Our room toilet kept running every 10 minutes at night. :( -Toilet paper holder was broken -Guest on the top floor from our room, decided start walking around their room at 3am too and didn’t stop till we had to leave our room for the day. ☹
