Perfect place to stay for å shorter stay in Heidelberg. Good value for thw money. Not much to see around the hotell, but easy to use public transport to Old Town.

Great 3 days in Staycity. Good location in the New Town 10 minutes walk from central train station and near bus and tram stops for the Old Town. Didn’t do breakfast (used Mandys Diner opposite one morning and good breakfast had!) but upgraded to Balcony Suite. Glad we did as fantastic, large comfortable room. Overall an excellent stay in a clean, modern hotel.

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to take the bus to all of the main attractions in Heidelberg as well as rent scooters nearby to get around. The A/C was also a huge plus! I would recommend this property to anybody visiting Heidelberg who is okay with a 10-15 minute commute to the Altstadt.

Traveled to here as a tourist from the United States. Friendly staff, extremely clean, everyone spoke English well. Great location. Room had all the amenities I wanted (Fridge, Microwave, stove, etc…) Would visit again!

Excellent apartment hotel with mini kitchen/studio type room. Rather tricky to navigate to as stranger to Heidelberg, lots of one way systems, tram no go areas, road works to negotiate. Once found car park behind hotel, definitely decided not moving til we left! But good bus service -33- into old town and university square areas from stop outside. VERY busy dual carriageway to get across on way back from town, could do with a pedestrian crossing much closer by. Car park and breakfast were pricier than normal additions to the bill, but breakfast very good. Room a decent size, good shower and comfy bed.

Excellent service. I left a tablet in my room and they called me to get my address, then mailed it to me a few days later. Hotel and room were also in top shape, super clean. I will definitely come back for my next trip to Heidelberg!

Smooth check-in. The room was on ground floor overlooking the parking but there was no noise. Clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was good but a little pricey @ Euro 16/person. 25 min by walk to city center but connected through tram 22 which takes only 8 min to the city center.

We booked 2-studios and I was expecting both to be the same. The bigger room was without kitchen and the second one was smaller but with kitchen. Unfortunately, both the studios were located not only on different floors but also have different accesses either with lifts or stairs. They were located on 2-different buildings which were connected through a passage. Apart from that, rooms were clean. Toilet has no wash basin which doesn’t look logically correct. There are plenty of parking with an additional charges of 15 euros. Overall, it was a comfortable stay/

I stayed in a 1-Bedroom Apartment which is cleaned once a week. For one person it is OK, however, if you stay with more persons in an apartment, I am not sure, if it's comfortable. Tee/Coffee in a room/apartment are not supplemented. If you need anything during your stay, you should ask for in the reception.

Good hotel for the money. Far from the historic town

I stayed there for 5 days and absolutely enjoyed my stay. It's very convenient to get everywhere quick via public transport. It's also not that far to walk downtown. It was very clean, staff were excellent and I was amazed how quiet it was. Lovely ambience. I will definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet, modern, next to bus route. Back patio comfortable to sit and relax. 24 hour service. Upgraded room with kitchette. Hotel about a 10 min bus ride from old quarter. Parking on site. A very happy find. Reasonable price.

New and clean.

The hotel is new, clean, comfortable, and the rooms have a decent size. It is an Ok selection if you just stay for a couple of nights. The downside is the hotel Parking policy, where you are required to pay upfront, but in case you arrive late in the evening and the hotel has many guests with cars, you may end up parking your car on the street or in the vicinity, even with a paid parking for 2 nights. The hotel should install smart parking systems based on reservation and Maximum availability spaces, to avoid Parking overbooking. In my case I requested a refund for the parking, since I had to park my car outside the hotel in a sketchy area, and I got my refund. These small issues can really damage your staying and your perception of the hotel.
