Great room for a stay

Stuff is super friendly. Room is tidy and cosy. The thing i do not like is the smell of the bed douvet cover. I can smell the washing powder, other tenants did not respect the guest and smashing doors at 1am in the morning

Usually stay in hotels in Liverpool but this was very close to the Empire theatre I was going to so thought I'd try it. Perfect location felt like home from home. All you need for a relaxing stay and Lidl just round the corner for supplies

My third time here, always great. Damian on the front desk is great. There’s a couple of grocery stores nearby and restaurants and pubs within a five min walk.

Great location close to Lime Street station. Walkable to city centre. Accommodation was exactly what we wanted. Lots of restaurants close by.

Property has everything you could need and is well equipped. Close to train station and easy walk to centre. Friendly staff and some nice little extra touches.

Was a good location easily accessible to area and docks also restaurants and shopping Could add a few room amenities such as drain boards for dish rack also a cutting board otherwise very comfortable and would recommend to others

From my 1st contact with Damian (reception) He explained the process and followed up with a clear, how to find Pembroke s. The room, bathroom kitchenette was 1st vlass. Lovely towels, hot shower.

Very friendly and helpful staff and very accomodating. Close enough being a few minutes walk to train station, pubs and shops. Would stay here again.

Suite was adorable, spotlessly clean and all we needed for our 2 night stay. A short and easy walk from Liverpool’s Lime Street Station. Would easily stay here again!

This place was amazing. If only I'd known about it on all my previous trips to Liverpool. Everything you need is in the room. Very quiet. Every was perfect.

Wonderful studio apartment. Has everything you need including a fan which we have put to good use in the warmer weather!! We have had a view of the Metropolitan cathedral all weekend here. Comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Good location on a bus route, few minutes walk to a small Tesco as well as some other food places. We got Uber taxis when we didn’t want to walk and these cost about £6 per trip depending where you want to go to! We used the q-park at the hospital where we pre booked and this is a 6 minute walk away. Very good value for money. Excellent place to stay, totally recommend, we arrived in the evening and had brilliant self check in instructions.

The location was excellent, the apartment was extremely clean and had everything you could have needed including an iron and a fan! The room was ready early which was fantastic and a real bonus! However, Damien really made our trip, from check in to check out (and even afterwards when I forgot my passport!!) he was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Consistently excellent. Reception team are spot on. Housekeeping are detail-focussed. Rooms are very well equipped and maintained. Great cooking facilities. Good WiFi. Immaculate bathroom inc’ toiletries. No Riff-Raff. Convenient for town, trains, shops, theatre, but far enough away from the drunken 3am bedlam ( like a Bruegel vision of Hell on ‘roids!)

As we were arrive after 1700, we received an emailed on how to get into the property. The instructions were easy & clear to follow. All areas were up to date and very clean. Very good security. Felt very safe. Could hear some noise from the road but not from other guests. Most things are within a 30 minutes walk House keeping and tea coffee ect.. replenished daily. Well equipped with other things like iron hairdryer microwave kettle etc.. We had breakfast inbekas cafe which serves breakfast pastries patisseries very fresh. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. Much better then staying in a travelodge.

Cannot praise the venue enough. Clear communication about late check in. Friendly welcome, lovely accommodation and easy walking distance to lots of local amenities. Would highly recommend.
