Location

It was the first time staying in this hotel while I come to Riyadh quite often. I have been really well served by the staff and the room was very nice and convenient. Will comeback next time in Riyadh.

Property located in the Ministries District and sitted beside the Ministry of Defence. Staff were good. No shop malls or convenient stores nearby. Also no restaurants. The hotel restaurant has decent breakfast. But for dinner it only has fish and chicken.

I stayed for three days on a business trips. Everything was very good. Staff is very nice and courteous. Breakfast is great. Room is clean and spacious. Gym is very good as well. I just had a little problem with laundry that did come late but they resolved the problem.

Don’t stay with this hotel. Very poor service.

The staff was nice and the room okay. I was upset at first that they would replenish the coffee capsule in my room every morning and that the house service was knocking on my door when I had a no disturb sign. It turned out to be the act of a person in room service who would not give me the two allotted coffee in the morning to knock on my door later to sell them to me. When I called the reception , they told me a capsule is for ten riyals; they thought I had already got my two morning capsules. Not, the service person had his scheme and I tipped him 30 riyals over four days to get two capsules on 3 mornings. The restaurant in the hotel was closed. Food service was good, particularly breakfast. They also tried to sell me expensive water when I asked for water. I recommend this place if you have business in the area.

Very nice and modern hotel. Very close to government offices. Inconvenience was experienced to gain access to the hotel location due to infrastructure projects in the area
