We always stay here when in Havasu. The laundry room has been closed for 6 months. They say they are waiting for apart for washer. 6 months? No way. They should go buy another machine. Before I book again I will call and ask if machine is working, if it's not, they will lose my business

This is a great place to stay if you’re interested in seeing the London Bridge and village. Several restaurants asks shops nearby. Our room was spacious and quiet. The only negative is that a little more attention was needed in the bathroom around the shower. The shower floor looked dirty and there was mold starting to grow on the outside of the shower rail. Otherwise, very pleased with our stay.

Assigned room had broken air conditioning that the hotel knew about a few days before. Despite this it took some time and effort to convince them to move us, which after the maintenance man was unable to fix the known broken air con, they finally did. To an inferior room category than what we paid for, and we had to move our own bags. No refund of the balance was possible apparently despite them being unable to offer the paid for room category and already on notice that the air conditioning for the room was not working- it was 44 degrees c outside! We were unlucky and could have had a different experience, but they need to be less greedy with the room sales and compensate when they mess up and inconvenience guests.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Holiday Inn Express And Suites Lake Havasu - London Bridge. While the location is great, being close to restaurants and other amenities, there were several issues that affected my overall comfort.
Unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well because the room was noisy due to the air conditioning unit, which was quite loud throughout the night. Additionally, the room had an odd, stale smell that was off-putting. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off every morning, which was both inconvenient and disruptive.
On a positive note, the staff was excellent—friendly and attentive, which I greatly appreciated. Their service was the highlight of my stay.
Overall, while the area and staff were commendable, the issues with the room’s condition and noise made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We came in on a last minute trip and we we impressed with their affordability, cleanliness, and walkable areas. The breakfast was alright, considering it was included. Would stay here again!
