The staff is always so friendly. My mother left her tablet in the lobby when we were having breakfast. We didn't notice until we were headed home in a snow storm. We called and they had it and offered to mail it home.

The brunch was great. The rooms were smaller than expected. The a/c was not working in the public areas of the hotel and it was an extremely hot day. The public doors were kept open late into the evening and we felt unsafe as the area included lots of nightlife. I would not stay here again. It was not the worth the high price of the hotel.

Nice location next to restaurants and coffee shop. Easy drive to St Louis Music Park. Only negative was that we were next to laundry room and the washing machine was occasionally loud at night and woke me up.

I thought the property was nice but due to the lack of available parking right around the hotel the night we stayed, we had to park in a parking garage close by. I wasn't excited about the walk to the hotel at midnight but only for safety concerns (we are from the Memphis, TN area and you don't park far away from where you are staying.

Overall it was a great stay. The front desk lady was really friendly at check in. They have a walk with recommended attraction and eating places. My only downside was it was really loud. You can easily hear doors and it was close to the road and we heard trucks at night. The room was clean. The bed was a little too firm for me but I still slept good!

Upon check in was assigned room not cleaned or already taken. Also observed someone else needing cleaning assistance before they entered their room. They exchanged out once we made them aware

Very clean. Decor was not appealing to me at all. Needed blankets-what they had was like a mattress pad. Excellent location, nice restaurants to walk to. Rooms Very noisy, heard walking, showers, talking.

After my stay, they called me up shortly after leaving to remind me of a jacket I left in hotel room. I really appreciated them calling me about this and shows the integrity of the people that work there.

Very bland, generic IKEA type furnishings. Bed/pillows not that great. No reading light do hubby could get to sleep while I read. Breakfast area low on food when we went to eat at 7:30. Very slow to refill. Totally disappointed with our stay.

Best ADA Accessible bathroom with roll in shower that we have seen in a hotel! Plenty of space and no lip or step into the shower at all. Gretchen at the front desk was very helpful and we appreciate her help getting that room.

The room was quiet but we observed several loose hairs all throughout the bed. Ughh very uncomfortable to look at or clean up. The front desk was notified once I checked out. My first visit was perfect this was not so the same.

We were shocked with the location and how nice it was, expecially for the price. Our ONLY complaint was the very heavy smell of marijuana in the lobby a couple of times. It was so strong it was burning eyes/noses.
