Property is beautiful, the staff is amazing and breakfast is lovely. Everything you could possibly want. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxed setting. However it was different than the other Agriturismo places we have stayed at, in that it does not offer dinner, and the breakfast, which is very good, is not made up of food specifically grown, produced, and cooked at the Agriturismo. If you are using this as a place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre, you should know that you will need to take a taxi for 10 Euro to the train station at Levanto, or use the hotel shuttle which is available for just two hours in mid morning and returns two hours in the late afternoon. There are NO restaurants nearby or within walking distance for dinner, and they do not have a restaurant for dinner, but you can order pizza delivery. If you are looking for a place that is just quiet and you can relax, this is great (with the exception of NO meals within walking distance, other than the provided excellent breakfast). Also, it was advertised that we would have a private garden space, which we did not have.

We loved this property, its staff and amenities, beautiful location, fabulous breakfast and a special mention needs to go to Walter who provided both a friendly and efficient shuttle service, a really lovely guy. There is nothing about this property/staff/amenities or location we could fault, loved loved loved it

Lovely property. It was necessary to request change of accommodations. The room was up a steep hill from where breakfast was served and shuttle service available. We were able to change room to one in main lodge.

We felt so welcomed by Giancarlo after a long trip to get here. Really, everyone was very kind. Walter drives the shuttle van (during specific time frames) and although we do not speak Italian and he is not fluent in English, we had the most fun with him! Our apartment was cute and although we didn't use the kitchen in the few days we stayed, that is definitely a plus when travelling. The breakfast is so fresh and of course, the property has the most gorgeous views. To get to the pool/hot tub, you had to make a brief walk through vineyards. It was a perfect and relaxing setting!

The property and view is incredible! Very private and relaxing. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are Very well appointed and comfortable. The private little garden area next to our room is especially appreciated

We were very satisfied with the stay. The rooms were clean, rural, and cozy. The place is located outside of the Levanto city core (approx. 30 min walk or 10 min drive) and the hotel offers free shuttle buses. We strongly recommend you to use the shuttle buses, hence the streets, located at the hotel area, are very narrow and (somewhat) difficult to handle.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and completely blacked oh window treatment that made it ideal to sleep in. The host provided tourist information, restaurant recommendations and the room had an affordable wine selection including snacks. The WiFi worked great was able to download movies for our flight back home.
