Perfect location, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the old town but only 5 minutes walk along the river. Staff were wonderful, friendly, obliging and willing to help whenever needed. I would definitely return to this hotel.

This hotel is 3 stars at best. Towels were frayed, no hair conditioning provided, the hand soap smell was horrible, the hand held showerhead holder can’t even hold it up. The room’s noise insulation was basically non-existent. They also provided 1 key only for 2 people room and we had a chased them multiple times for the second key.

Really conveniently located and in quiet section of old town

Laluna hotel in Hoi An is an absolute gem! It's so pretty, literally minutes from the old town and its beautiful streets. Breakfast is delicious and the staff will do anything to make your stay very special! Nancy and Thao are just amazing! We will definitely be back!

Great place within walking distance to central location, not enough light in the room to apply make up.

We had a wonderful experience at Laluna. The staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived and made us feel like family. Nothing was too much trouble for us and our two little ones. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the facilitiea and location were fantastic. One of if not the best hotel we have stayed at.

The room was lovely; spacious, great bathroom, good sized balcony overlooking the pool. Very good condition. Location is perfect for Hoi An, just a few minutes walk outside of the loud, busy centre. Breakfast was delicious and very varied.

What I always look for in a stay is the 'locality' of the place - how to tell that I am in this city and not the other. I find that in La Luna - from the exterior design, the interior decor and the breakfast choices. The staff werw super gentle and helpful, they gave a lot of good advices around the town and arranged show tickets as well as transportation. This will be my go-to hotel in Hoi An.

Everything! From the super convenient location, only few minutes walking to the old town to the exceptional breakfast that offer a lot of options including local dishes. Pool bar is beautiful with good cocktails drink. The bed is super comfortable and the room is spacious. All staff are attentive and helpful. Overall, amazing service and well equipment facilities. Highly recommend!

The hotel is 5 mins walking to the Japanese bridge. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is diverse and delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend the pool bar where you can swim and have very nice cocktails!

Very good staff in general. Good English skills. The rooms were good size. The shower heads need to be refurbished as these spray water everywhere. The breakfast was generally good. The beds were comfortable but the bed frame was quite noisy and creaked with every move. Only one building has an elevator, the other two do not. The AC units have an incredibly bright light on them but housekeeping covered it with tape. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the old town. The staff try hard to please. The pool looked nice but it was rainy and a little cool so we didn't use it. Given the price, I would likely stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights in the Deluxe Double Room with Pool View pool. Room is smaller than expected but the service rendered by the staff was excellent! Staffs are always full of smiles and very polite! After realizing that I’ve left my clothing in the wardrobe after I’ve checked out and left the hotel, I called the hotel immediately and they arranged my stuff to be delivered to my new hotel in Da Nang that very same night. It’s a 45mins drive from Laluna to the downtown hotel in Da Nang and they did it for free! Special thanks to the staff at Laluna and Ms Nancy! You guys are awesome! Hoi An night market and Ancient Town is within walking distance and nearest ATM is just located 3 mins walk away from the hotel. Remember to bring along insect repellent! You will need it when you are in Da Nang. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel!

Toilet water was gushing that left the floor wet. Almost fell with my baby in hand. Not recommended for families with young children unless hotel do more to prevent slips

I could not recommend the Laluna Hotel and Spa highly enough. The staff were exceptional (special thanks to Nam) who looked after all our needs and bookings with a smile every day. The Hotel is perfectly situated just a 5 minute walk to the centre of the Old Historic Town and overlooking the riverfront. The rooms are clean and immaculate. This was our 5th stay in Hoi An and easily the best value Hotel we have stayed at.

River view wasn't really a good view with a tree blocking. Hotel is clean but could do a refresh with the metalware showing wear and tear and dusty furniture. Could do with better sound proofing as well since we could hear the sounds from the room above very clearly. Breakfast was decent but restaurant closed pretty early (maybe since tourism just re-started). Service was great - staff helped with booking of transport and any queries we had, and security guard was always looking out for us.
