Very convenient location near stations and bus terminal, town centre and restaurants & shops. Good room size for twin room. Bed's mattress was very good for me of a pleasant sleep. Noise from construction work on the other side was a negative point.

Other than the construction going on right beside this hotel it would have been perfect. Clean, modern design inside each room and open concept lobby. The construction will be ongoing for at least a year so be warned. They are still digging a large underground area.

Clean hotel with very convenient access to the Sannomiya area.supermarket and 2 shopping centres within 5 minutes walk. Construction of a building next door but no noise issues at night. Overall it was better than some 4 star hotels in Osaka.

Convenient location, close to train station. Excellent grocery store next door. Large selection of prepared meals (great sushi!) and huge wine section. Unfortunately our queen room was dark and very small for two people traveling with luggage. There was a huge construction project across the street from our room making it extremely noisy during the day. Breakfast was delicious! Best we’ve had since arriving in Japan a month ago.

I stayed here with my wife and 1 year old daughter for 5 days. The hotel facilities, room and amenities are excellent and quite modern. The King size room we opted for was quite spacious and having coin operated washer/dryers in the hotel was a boon for us on our trip. The hotel staff was really friendly when helping us navigate and forward our bags. The location is very convenient being just a 3-5 min walk from Sannomiya station made it really easy for us to travel each day to different locations. There is also a 24/7 Lawson just around the corner below the hotel which was very covenient as well.

Nice staff. Good coffee, but breakfast not lot of choices... Sausage everyday, they just change the kind of soup and how eggs prepared. But rooms big and comfy beds

Staff great. Big room. Comfy room and bed. About 8min walk to the Kobe to Kansai Limo Bus Shuttle.

The location is nice, very close to the station. This was a big plus. The room was mostly comfortable, but there were some catches. The water temperature fluctuated quite a bit, one day I went from taking a warm shower to a hot shower and then a cold shower. The fridge in the room did not work and they asked if I wanted to change rooms, I just wanted the fridge to work. Finally, the washer worked well, but the dryer part was not working well at all. Some of my clothes were damp even after two hours of running them and I made sure not to go over the weight specified on the cycles. All in all, this was not a bad stay but it could have been better.

It’s situated in the centre of Sannomiya. Very clean & excellent service. A bit noise from the road below and the construction site next to it but it’s compensated by reasonal price & its location. We’d like to use it again.

My stay was pleasant at Brenza Hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful, so much so to assisting my with deciding movie tickets. Sometimes a Google translator app is not enough. The room was clean and quite which made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely no with them agian. The location was very concierge for both trains and bus stations. Places to eat were numerous and very close, especially the Lawsons next door. Terrific experience.
