This place is amazing! It looks as though it's been renovated recently. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. One thing I really appreciated is that they don't skimp on the little things. For example, there were plenty of towels, which were of high quality and good size. They offered personal care items, such as shampoo, soap, and lotion which were also of high quality. There were two air conditioning units, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. I don't know if I had an accessible room or if they're all the same, but my room had a good number of handrails in the bathroom and shower. With my leg and foot, I really appreciated that foresight! I have stayed many places, and this is one of the best. I highly recommend it.

Very nice suite with small kitchen complete with stove and fridge. The couch folds out into a pull out. It would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom, but the TV in the living room had a nice range of channels

The area, in general, is not highly populated and dining and entertainment options are naturally limited. This property is well maintained and very functional. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

The room was very clean and absolutely beautiful! We had an issue with the volume on the T.V. but the manager switched it out for us quickly. I will surely stay here again when I visit the area!

You are sent a contract and door code via text except they failed to send the door code on two occasions. I had to submit a text request and wait for a response since there's no staff on site. I had planned to use the sofa bed for my son, but discovered that it would only lock in an inclined position and the sheets and blankets provided for the sofa bed were filthy. I again texted and they said that since no one was on site, it would take about 30 minutes for someone to come look at the issue. Because it was already late and we had planned for an early morning, I asked for a second room for my son until they could repair the sofa bed. They texted the next morning to say that the sofa bed had been repaired, but it had not, which we didn't realize until late that evening. When I mentioned it the next day, I got a note that said "I'll take a better look at it today. Safe travels." No apology, no price adjustment. They just don't care about tourists. Also, no duvet covers, just a flimsy sheet with a disgusting unwashed blanket. One good thing: its located across the street from the Inn, which serves good food and drinks.

This was a perfect location for our group of 5 to enjoy all the fun things to do around Paradise, Michigan. The local restaurant was amazing and we enjoyed multiple meals there. The local gas station and staff were so friendly and helped get us started with gear for Yooper lite rock hunting which we found so many! The state park with beautiful waterfalls and trails were close as well. The room was furnished well, with equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

We chose a large 4-bed suite, very clean and tidy. This included a kitchenette with fridge, stovetop and microwave, but no oven (no pizza). A bit odd was a small table with only two chairs, but more folding chairs in the corner.

Clean, comfy and provides everything you'll need for your stay ; Wifi, TV, great heating/ac and zero contact. So checking in and out is extremely easy. Also has a great bar within walking distance.

Very clean and updated room. It was great to have a kitchenette as there aren't alot of restaurants open this time of year. We will be staying there next time we are going to be up there.

Now THIS is service. I have traveled a lot and stayed a lot of places but this is by far the best lodging experience I have ever had. Big bedroom with soft and comfy bed. Living room with TV and sofa-sleeper. Dining area with table and chairs. Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishes and utensils. Bathroom with huge tub/shower and plenty of towels and toiletries. Soothing climate control. Manager is super friendly and check-in/check-out could not be any easier. Just an all-around great place to rest.

Not a fan of no manager on site. We are well past COVID lockdowns. My only complaint is the use of number locks as the one on my door wouldn’t lock. I know they will be addressing this soon, if not already done. That said, the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to the falls. Extremely peaceful and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy trip to ship wreck museum and falls. Love being close to Lake Superior! We are native Yoopers from the Keweenaw Peninsula but now live in Saginaw.

Room was very clean and comfortable. You felt at home when you walked in. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Quiett surroundings. Shelby was a great communicator. Hotel is close to Whitefish Point, Tahquamenon Falls,Crisp Point, Point Iroquois, Oswald’s - and drivable distance to St Ignace, grand marais & the Soo.

Easiest check in and out I have ever experienced. Very clean and well maintained!
