Fabulous friendly accommodation. It’s a short walk to the centre of Tropea with plenty of parking in the streets around. Room was very clean with a good shower. Breakfast is served in the small courtyard, good variety of pastries, fruits, usual Italian breakfast with plenty of good coffee Would certainly recommend and stay again next time we are in Tropea.

Hot tub spa was not working for the 3 days we were there. Owner kept saying it will be cleaned tomorrow but never was.Lovely room, breakfast not too bad. Fairly Close to old town and not too far from beach. Website says balcony but there wasnt one. Website also said shuttle bus to train station but ...??

Pros: very nice location (easy to walk to centre of Tropea, very conveniently located next to a supermarket), within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, beach and Santa Maria. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable in giving information on the surrounding area and provided a nice variety in their breakfast offering. We were in the deluxe room with queen bed, nice spacious shower and good size bed. No specific hotel parking but we found free places to park nearby. Cons: our room was #1, the balcony door was difficult to operate and air con unit not very user friendly. Cleaner lady tends to clean the room whilst you're at breakfast - one time she forgot to put extra loo roll and replenish our toiletries (however, the receptionist quickly provided these so problem solved). However I would stay here again due to the excellent location and value for money.

Cleaning conditions... terrible. Breakfast: bad conditions of food , cakes do not smell of fresh. Really too expensive .

Salvatore and Loredana were wonderful!! They treated us like family!
