The property offered a multiple facility to use during your stay, unfortunately, all those services facilities are closed and was not available to use. As I mentioned in my previous review, the reception desk staff member was not welcome and rude to us. Thanks

I was taken to two rooms both of which were utterly disgusting. Hairs, dried mucus on the head board as well as stains and marks with hairs on the bed itself. Not even something I could stay in for over 20 mins. Had to leave and I demand a refund in full!

The hotel room was beautiful. Very spacious and modern. The shower area is very nice - glass doors are a lovely touch, again, very modern. The room was clean. The bed very comfortable. The only issue I had was that there was no soap to wash my hands. However, there was shower gel and shampoo there. I would like to give a special mention to the restaurant situated next door. The young lady in there went out of her way to help me with my food. She even had the chef prepare bread for me specially. So, a big thank you to her. Customer service went above and beyond with this young lady. A very pleasant overnight stay at this hotel.

From the reception , we are meeting a lady who scare me with her arrogance and rudeness, especially when l ask her to access my internet to check the reservation . I did sleep in my room like in a Fridge , after l call 2 times someone who wanted to help me with this AC ...it was terrible to feel so cold. More than 100 euro for 6 hours ...sometimes we think, we should be careful of our remarks when we experience it... Anyway the new person l meet when l left at 3.30 am , he was a very nice and smiling new person in charge in the reception.

Pros: - Comfortable bed and pillow, quiet, dining options, friendly staff. Cons: - Glass doors for the toilet is absolutely inconvenient and not culturally appropriate to Many people. - Light control could be better designed and placed. - The room occupants better offered 2 access cards for convenience not only one. Other than that everything else was great.

First 'layover' experience and it won't be the last. Been trying to figure out a way of dealing with the tedium of long-haul flights and this turned out to be the perfect way of breaking up the journey, grabbing some shut-eye and starting the 2nd leg refreshed. The Muscat Aerotel was great and exceeded expectations.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was included in my booking and was really good.

excellent one night stopover between flights,

Hotel was very clean, comfortable with great staff, however I didn't like the 6 hours booking option. Since the hotel is inside the airport in the transit area, it is useful for people with long layovers. 6 hours generally isn't enough. From that point-of-view, it was quite pricy, however, it is very convenient not have to leave the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place for quick rest.

Good property. A little expensive.

Clean and convenient. We travelled as a family of 4 however the room was not set up to accommodate the children too. If you need a good nights sleep with a family, best to have multiple rooms or explicitly request more than 1 bed.

Long stopover stay found it to be excellent

There was no swimmming pool nor gym club, all services were closed. Rooms were very quite, and bed comfortable. If you book x 3 you have to pay extra bed which is not very clear

It was an amazing hotel very luxury and the best the warm welcome from the Omani staff receptionists that left an ever lasting of a beautiful memories. Food is ok but coffee machine products not quite tasted acceptable.

There are not too many dining options around the property but overall it’s a great place to stay. Also the directions to the property is a little confusing, especially if you are coming from other terminals.

Only stay for a night due to long connection. I saw there that you can also pay for hours, like 6 o 8 hrs. Hotel was nice.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. But they gave me only one double bed with 2 pillows. I had to sleep on the floor and I used my cloths instead of pillow. Their staff didn’t even think that how 4 people should sleep on one bed. I paid for 4 people not two. I really don’t recommend this hotel for parents travelling with children.

For a tourist this hotel is ideally located, however a tourist needs a reliable, or workable USB connection. The guy who came to look at said the whole hotel system not only not working but has not worked for some time. The bathroom a complete disaster looks nice but no place to hang or place items like shaving razors etc. extremely poor design. The bed excellent, a d slept well.

Hotel is good but the guy on the reception gave us room for 3 person and we booked the room for 4 persons.. And after sleeping for 2 hours at night the air condition stop working and after calling in reception the guy on reception send Tecnition he switch on and off the ac breaker and told us after 10 min the air-conditioned will work..but after half hour noting happen and there was lack oxygen.and again call reception no one pick the phone then after many tries they pick the phone and change our room to the one we booked for 4 persons..totally irresponsible staff but the hotel was good and there air condition have issues.in connecting flight the main thing we need is good sleep but in this way it's useless to take room in such hotel...

The hotel is very convenient to the airport gates. We had a very good rest. The dinner buffet was also very good. The hotel TV was complicated and did not work.

The best option to choose .

Amazing choice for a long layover. So convenient and clean and beautiful. Excellent shopping and I had two meals included. A fantastic deal. The only thing is in the middle of the night a siren went off due to some kind of maintenance, and then the siren was crackling for about an hour. But other than that really a perfect place

This would be a good hotel to stay in overnight as the facilities provided are ideal for this. However, our 13.5 hour layover was during the day and we had numerous problems with the television connection which when worked only youtube or two arabic channels are offered. The staff did come to the room almost immediately approx three times to fix this. There is no hairdryer, although with the amount of time we had there, this was not a problem. The garden view room is of a garden but you have the windows of other rooms opposite you within close vicinity. The swimming pool was closed too. All in all, I would recommend this hotel if you had a layover overnight, otherwise it would be best to take a trip around Muscat in the day which would be about the same price.

Information on this airport hotel is misleading. Airport security staff will not allow any passenger before six hours of departure to get inside through security. This hotel is only for international transit passengers who are having connecting flights and not for international to domestic flight passengers.
