In every aspect just perfect!

The most exquisite boutique hotel. High end from top to bottom. Customer service was incredible. Mario runs a beautiful B & B and has thought about everything a traveller could want or need. Rooms are gorgeous. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you we hope to return one day.

Warm welcome by Mario who provided an excellent breakfast. Large comfortable clean bedroom with a fridge replenished daily. Excellent location for getting in and out of the city. A lift is available if the stairs get too much for the higher floors.

This place is absolutely magnificent. One of the top-5 hotels I ever stayed in, as a very frequent traveller! The host is very friendly and has a great attention to details. Whenever I visit Bruxelles in the future, my first choice of residence will be Art de Sejour!

Mario was a superb host with great attention to detail. There was no problem when we arrived later than expected. We had to leave every morning before breakfast, but he got up early and made breakfast for us. The fresh baked croissants were delicious! Room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located within walking distance to the central train station. Definitely would stay here again.

This is without doubt the nicest bed and breakfast establishment I've stayed in. From the warm welcome with an explanation of all Brussels has to offer, the comfortable room with quality toiletries to the hearty breakfast served in the morning our stay was perfect.

Stayed here for 3 nights and wish it was longer. Absolutely stunning place to stay. Mario is the perfect host and really looks after his guests. On arrival he explains everything and gives you a map with everything useful pointed out on it. Recommendations for touring, eating and where to avoid!! Helped us with the metro back to the station instead of waiting for a taxi which was very useful. The rooms are large and immaculate with beautiful bedding and towels. There is a coffee machine with pods and teabags plus - MILK in the fridge. Amazing. You never get that anywhere. He also provides water and pop for free and replaces them daily. Biscuits also replaced daily. Nothing is too much for this lovely host. There is also a safe provided. Large bathroom with large shower, make up mirror, hairdryer and fluffy towels. Quality toiletries, the list just goes on. Breakfast is fresh and presented like a work of art on your plate. He is such a lovely man, I can't recommend him enough. He even gave me a plastic bottle of milk so I could have a drink when I got home. Who does that!!! Thank you so much Mario.

The stay here is wonderful--Mario is an excellent host, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The B&B is well located, with many transportation options close by as well as being a short walking distance from the Grand Place and other points of interest. I highly recommend this property.

Clean, comfortable room with no street noise. Mario extremely helpful, particularly with checking in and breakfast. Location a brisk walk from Grand Place/Bourse. Good beer bar around the corner. It's a B&B, not a hotel, which particularly in Brussels is a PLUS.

I couldn't love our stay at Art de Séjour more. Mario was a wonderful host who was more than happy to give us a lay of the land and point us to the best spots for experiencing local culture. The room was HUGE, modern, and very well kept. If or when we return to Brussels, we will be rebooking!

Well-appointed modern rooms which were clean tasteful. Quite near to central Brussels and important transport links so very convenient.

This B & B ticks all the boxes. Great location close to Metro and self service laundromat nearby as well as many restaurants. The host Mario was helpful and makes a great breakfast.

Everything at this site was spotless! The made to order breakfast was excellent! With special touches like a shot of smoothie and veg art on the plate. The host was friendly informative and caring! Location was perfect for the Christmas Markets and light displays.

A very central location…close to the train station, lovely restaurants and pubs. Communication with host, Mario was excellent. Fluffy towels and beautiful linens await you after a long travel day. Everything designed with the comfort of guests in mind. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Art de Séjour. The build quality, furnishings and amenities of the rooms and public areas are easily the equal of the 5 star hotels we stayed at in Bologna and Berlin before we arrived in Brussels. Mario, the proprietor- who also constructed the B&B with his own hands, not only provides a delicious breakfast but dispenses useful advice on what to do (and not to do) in Brussels in an unhurried manner. The B&B is amazing! Centrally located. Mario is incredibly attentive and the room was huge, clean and comfortable. My stay here was one of the highlights of my trip to Brussels. Highly recommend!

In a nutshell, this was the perfect stay and this B&B should be 5 stars! This is the first time I’ve stayed in a B&B and I can honestly say this was better than staying in a hotel (I wish I had discovered this hidden gem on my previous 2 visits to Brussels). Not to echo other reviews, but this is a case where you SHOULD believe everything that you read, as there is nothing to dislike about this wonderful place. Mario is such a welcoming, warm-hearted and genuinely lovely host who goes above and beyond to make it a perfect stay. He is the heart and soul of Art de Séjour and his personal touches and attention to detail is what makes this B&B so special. From the beautiful, spacious room, to the wonderfully decorated breakfast plates in the morning, Mario does everything to make guests feel at home. The breakfast (prepared by the accommodating Mario) is absolutely delicious and the background, calming music that eases you into your day is a nice touch. Everywhere is so clean; the room has absolutely everything you need - coffee machine, fridge with complimentary refreshments (well-needed and appreciated after a long day of exploring Brussels), amazing toiletries in the bathroom and a shower to die for). I could continue to list all the wonderful things about Art de Séjour but that would take pages. Thank you for such a wonderful stay Sir Mario!

If you are lucky enough to find this very quaint place available, look no further. Amazing stay. We didn't want to leave and if I return to Brussels I will only stay here. Owner of the B&B has meticulously maintained his huge absolutely stunning rooms and includes stocked fridge with drinks and amazing breakfast. Also, the personal touch makes this untouchable by any other large hotel. Highly recommend. 10/5 stars.

The room was very well designed, very large with high ceilings, surprising for a European city! the owner was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this and stay there again!

This is the best, by far, "bed & breakfast" I've ever been. I chose it for the comments on "Hotels.com" considering location and personal atention given by his owner Mario. And it has turned to be even better. And I'been all over the World in 5 stars hotels, 5 stars Relais and so on. This place is such a oasis of great design and excellent treats that makes you fall in love with Bruxelles a city I know well and not one of my favourites. Nothing I can add will make true justice to "Art de Séjour". Just come and live it for yourself....and enjoy every minute! Thanks Mario!!! Fortunately my sister and I will enjoy a whole week over here. Pure heaven.
