Great location, the bath towels smell bad, the mattress was uncomfortable, my room was on the third floor and you can hear the noise from the kitchen early in the morning.

The room is clean but to small ,sheets and blankets to smallest, no confy at all ,nice staff on the hotel ,and people over the island they are cool but ,no standards around ,is to limited on resources

It was clean. Other than that, it was just adequate.

The room door was broken and had to be fussed with to open. The shower was not clean. There was no window in my room.

There was a hurricane, the flights were cancelled. I tried to cancell this booking and apparently the hotel is claiming I stayed there but I did not. They were closed, had no phone and no electric but will not process a refund.

Located in a very centralized part of the island very close to the main beach and also many places to eat. At night down the street there’s a lunch truck that sells the Best Columbian St., Food in the island

It’s a clean and well located hotel. The hotel offers a convenient breakfast, hot drinks, and fresh water. Employees are friendly and ready to answer your questions. Just perfect for a vacation time.

This is a simple hotel, but it has the most important things: location, cleanness and nice people who help you with anything you need. I highly recommend it!

I liked that the property was extreemly quiet. They had front desk service 24/7. I went on a fishing trip wherein I would return to the hotel at 2a.m and front desk was always there recieving me and ready to help. Furthermore, it is very safe.I also requested many things to my room, and they were delivered without hesitation. In addition, they got a taxi to the airport very quickly. I'm really pleased with this hotel. I would return next year.

Very close to everything

This property did not work with me for a refund due to the pandemic on 2020. They never responded and stole from me more than $1K. It was a room for 4. They did not work anything out to change or give a voucher to use later. Pretty much they stay with my money. I hope Karma hit them very bad. I would never use or recommend this place. The room was tiny. Found hairs in the bathroom.Lost water 2 times and electricity 1 time while there. Staff are rude and the breakfast is awful. However they do have hot water for when the water is actually working.

Very basic hotel, the tv wasn’t working it was stuck only on one channel.

Not many additional amenities or decorations but the room was clean and confortable. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was good and had several choices.

The staff here was amazing, breakfast was great and you can’t beat the location (12 min walk to the airport, safe, 2 blocks from the beach and away from the noise). It has cameras outside so we felt safe leaving our moped outside - just tell the front staff you have one and they will tell you where to park. I was a little disappointed with the room itself though. Bed was a bit hard. The AC unit and fridge leaked water. They didn’t clean the room the entire time we were there. But for the price, I was overall happy.

Location of the hotel is great. Staff are very helpful. They cleaned the room every day. Good selection of breakfast, with purified water available 24/7 which was very convenient. We did book a basic room as this was only available at the time. It is spacious the only drawback is that window leads to the corridor.

It was very convenient in way. I basically walked most of the time. Everything is centralized in the area.
