Room smelled like smoke... as soon as you walk in the room.. I blasted the AC then it was a bit better...

Needed a clean, affordable place to sleep for two nights and got exactly what I needed.

It was simple and quiet

The only negative thing id have to say about this hotel is that the backboard of the beds used to have an LED strip that you can turn on with a built in switch on the bed was cut. As if someone intentionally cut it and took the power brick. But besides that the hotel is absolutely fantastic, would recommend it to anyone driving through pico and need to rest for the night.

Very nice when we first got here they made it seamless and easy to get our room and already had it ready I'm advance so thank you! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this area.

Pro: Very convenient parking and easy access to hotel Comfortable bed I like the private patio option Cons: 1. Room floor is dirty. I took a shower and as I was about to go to bed I notice the bottom of my feet was all black. Had to wash my feet and use their towels to walk on to bed. 2. Room smelled with extra cleaning chemicals. I had to keep the window open throughout the whole time which caused outside noise to get in. Lots of noises since the neighborhood was around the hotel. Fireworks, cars burning out, people screaming and party music. 3. They reuse their keycards and so the one I got was very greasy.

We were there for a family reunion, stood two days there at the hotel very convenient. But I must say for a hotel they did not have a coffee maker or a microwave and they could get better pillows. Mattress was comfortable, which is very important to me. The one thing that I really appreciated is, the gentleman at the front desk was very organized & helpful. I called in the morning to See if they had coffee In the lobby, which they did, he made a fresh pot. Oh it was clean the price was good.
