Fabulous hotel for a stay the night before you fly. Nice bar, rooms were very comfy

Keycards weren’t working so every time we needed to gain access to the room we had to be let in & when it was busy we ended up hanging around waiting to be let in.
Something basic but orange juice from concentrate, really!?
Also Friday morning at 9:30 there was an extreme lack of cooked breakfast items available & considering breakfast finished at 10 this really was disappointing.
No sports available to view in the bar area of an evening (we ended up walking down to the Novotel) and weirdly we were told that the hotel licence didn’t allow for us to have cocktails?!

I was attending a conference at the NEC and this was a bit offsite but significantly less expensive as I booked it last minute. While a 15-20 minute walk to the NEC it worked.

Great location opposite the terminal building. Friendly Reception staff. Our king size room was fab, very clean, large walk in shower, Crabtree & Evelyn products. Only negative comment are the drinks are overpriced in the hotel bar/restaurant!

I was disappointed to find that 'disabled room' was on 7th floor thank goodness no fire. only concession was a single handle in shower
I requested and booked 2 rooms with walk in shower one had walkin shower but 2nd had shower over bath fortunately with some difficulty we managed!

Room was comfortable. Electrical problems with kettle, tv, usb charge points and lamps. Was particularly frustrating that power to the room would trip out every time the door shut. Other than that food was good and rooms comfy and quiet.

Really great location for flying from BHX, also handy to go to Resort World (via monorail) if you need to. Helpful and friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommended!

Stayed 2 nights. Great location for airport and station. Rooms looked newly refurbished with everything you need. Lovely bathroom. Food was good too. Only thing for me was beds were very firm and I prefer soft but just personal choice.

On arrival look nice and welcoming and nice bar, but took ages to check In as the young ladies were to busy chatting in another room .the room we were given was terrible as the mattress had springs hanging out of it, the toilet seat was half the size of the toilet, half the lights didn’t work, shower was barely letting any water out. When I went down to mention all above I waited for over 20mins for someone to come see me and when they did they just said sorry but we are full which I knew they were lying as there was loads room empty and available on site.

The room and bathroom were extremelly clean. The bed was really comfy. Such a nice stay.

Check in was quick, friendly & efficient. Room was lovely and spacious with a runway view as i requested, so very pleased with that. We are both Travel Agents so a bit geeky like that. Bathroom was spacious and a great shower. My only issue was bed was hard for me. Im used to a softer bed. Felt like i had been punched in the arm in the morning. But sure it would suit other people. Food was excellent in restaurant and staff were again very efficient.

Clean and comfortable room, ideally located for the aurport, comple of minutes walk. However we travelled with our baby and although says family friendly, there is no where to heat food or bottles except asking for the kitchen to do it for you which isnt helpful at night
