Great location for both the beach and old town and only 10 minutes walk from the bus station (for Bilbao Airport). The hotel was modern and clean and the room was pleasant. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and lovely thick towels. Main issue which really did affect our sleep both nights was the lack of air conditioning. The corridors and lobby were lovely and cool but the room was so stuffy.

Agree it feels better than a 2 star hotel. Beach is only a few blocks away. Great breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly and approachable despite my lack of availability to speak much Spanish or Catalan. The beds were comfortable. There were only a couple of issues with the room. Main issue was there was no way to turn down the heat (thermostat was locked at 22 degrees, it felt much warmer). We could open the door, but the street was quite noisy. The shower is in need of repair, I was worried the pole attaching the shower head to the wall was going to fall off!

This hotel is fantastic, very central, clean and comfortable, reception staff are great and very helpful, I would recommend it to everyone and I would surely stay there again.

This is not a 2 star hotel - more like a 3.5 star. This is in a great location - 2 blocks from the beach easy to get to everywhere. Only downside is the noise from the street outside. All the staff were amazing including the housekeeping! 100% i will be back!

Hotel was perfect. Excellent, quiet location close to Centro. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a bit on small side but clean, newish, and excellent AC. Highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very convenient walk to the train and bus stations and close to the old town. Restaurants and shops all around us. Every single one of the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Nice place. Rooms a little small

Very nice hotel. The room was a little small for anyone travelling with a couple of large suitcases. Open shelving looks scruffy when piled with clothing etc. and their was quite a bit of external noise coming from the adjacent flats during the night.

Only stayed one night but the room was awesome Highlight was the delicious “included” breakfast. Highly recommended

Staff were nice, our room as requested wasn't a double so were moved to a new slightly bigger room with a double bed. Rooms were clean and decent but basic, ours could have done with a new coat of paint, other than that were pretty comfortable and pleasant to be in for a siesta. Old town is only a 10 min walk and the beach only 5 min. Would have been good to have a kettle and maybe some utensils etc. Also the clothes washing service was very pricey.
