Room was extremely quiet, wouldn’t believe you’re right next door to the airport.

Was sent a text too check in at 10 am arrived at 11 am and was told yes you checked in but you can’t go too your room until 12 pm ? Why tell me too check in then I’d rather get a text saying your room will be ready at 12 pm

Arrived late and was over tired from a bad flight, staff were super helpful with getting me checked in, breakfast was amazing, I've been ruined for other buffets now due to the variety of food on offer, all super fresh and delicious, even asking for extras was no problem at all, staff again were super helpful upon checkout

Mattress on king bed was worst we have ever stayed on. Didn’t make for a good sleep the night before an early flight. Get better beds in backpackers. My husband was in disbelief.

King bed is simply 2 singles put together - quite worn and soft. Adjusting to that takes time

Very clean and convenient stay. Common area in foyer had a pool table, bar, cafe and restaurant. Colouring in for the kids. Buffet breakfast was $35 or cheaper if you prebooked with a good selection. Not enough towels in the room but that was easily sorted out in minutes. Check in and check out was straightforward. Cheaper booking through Wotif than calling hotel directly. Hotel is connected to airport with flight details available on tv in room and in foyer. A nicer place to wait for your flight rather than in the airport. Overall a good stay.

No kettle in the room and could not get reception staff to answer the phone. Had to go down to reception to talk to a staff member. Light bulbs missing out of lights.

Clean and modern accommodation. Perfect for an early morning flight as we walked straight from the lobby into the airport terminal. We will stay here again before an early departure from Adelaide when we next visit.

I had difficulty working my aircon, I called staff ( which are supposed to be 24hr) and no one answered my call for about 3 mins. I gave up and eventually worked it out myself. Other then this the service and facility was great.

The room is clean, the staff are very nice and helpful, the bed is way too soft for me, the pillows are dusty, only two towels provided for a room that sleeps four. It was in a very confident placement for our flight.

Followed the looks check in process. 30 minutes later door opened by another group who had manually been registered. Left for dinner and my access card had been deactivated.

Having just travelled some 20 hours from London on our way home to Sydney the Atura was a wonderful place to crash out and sleep before negotiating our way home in Sydney. We were surprised and delighted with the quietness and convenience plus the obliging staff.
