This was a nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Tokyo Metro was a block away and there were some dining options.

Wonderful hotel! In a quiet, safe neighborhood, just a few minutes walk from the Ueno train station and all the fun and crowded market around it with lots of great food options. Our rooms were very comfortable - the best we've stayed at in Japan so far. And the hotel has a lovely lounge and a nice (tho small) fitness room. Wonderful combination of quiet and comfortable hotel that's close to all the action!

Our second stay here and as always, it was excellent. One comment is that we booked 2 rooms and they were on separate floors. This require a room key to go between the floors, kinda annoying, but it’s fine.

Perfect location for easy access to the Ueno train station which will get you anywhere in Tokyo. Seemed less touristy which was perfect if you’ve never been to a busy city before. The hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at, would certainly return.

Everything was great and even more convenient with the curtain that has been installed in front of the bathroom (last time we stayed in 2019 they didn’t have it yet) The only one disappointment I find is the coupon worth 1500 yen that was given per stay was meaningless . I booked 3 rooms and was not able to use all 3 coupons. While one staff that was explaining about the usage of this coupon, gave me uncaring gesture.

An OK designery sort of hotel near Ueno Station, the very decorative staff were unable to locate the hotel on a map! The restaurant was surprisingly good, although they mixed up our order

Room was small but the level 2 area was well appointed and I enjoyed the dining experience and the Nohga Experience Guide which was extremely useful and introduced me to some nice places I wouldn't have otherwise known about. It made the say and sense of being in the neighbhourhood much stronger.

The receptionist was extremely helpful when I had to make an emergency call to my travel insurance. She went out of her way to help me out. All staff were very kind. Room was extremely clean.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Got the twin room, and the size is good for two people, a bit more spacious than most Tokyo hotels. it seems like a brand new hotel, going for that minimal modern look. I love the bluetooth bang & olufsen speaker that we can freely use in the room, and the tea amenities feel high end. The free welcome drink is a nice touch. However, some of the design choices of the room feel inconvenient - not much storage space for clothes, the bathroom sink is in the living space, there's no easy place to eat. I feel like the hotel is trying to go for that upscaled, minimal look while sacrificing the core comforts of a hotel room. The staff are super nice and helpful, and the location is super convenient, less than a 5 min walk to the Ginza/Hibiya line.

All the staffs were really nice. Nice location, and environment. Prefer buffet style for breakfast but the set menu tasted good as well.

Great location, nearby to but just far enough from a major train station and with good local resturants and services. The hotel rooms are nice an quiet. I enjoyed my stay.
