Great hotel

Great location - easy for teams and walking

We had booked a superior room with a balcony, and were told there would be a fridge and bathrobes in the room when checking in. When we got to the room it wasn't there. I let the reception know, and the woman said she would notify housekeeping. Later that evening when we came back, it still wasnt fixed, so I went to the reception again. This time, a gentleman told us that standard rooms (which we had not booked), didnt come with fridges, and that they could not be moved. However, he went to check with someone, and got it fixed. He then told us that superior rooms only comes with double beds (not twins like we had), and then he said the only difference between a standard room and superior rooms were fridges and bathrobes. Something wasn't right about this. Someone here wasnt telling us the truth, and I suspect we were just put in a standard room (226) with a balcony, instead of a superior room. The balcony overlooked a big parking lot, so not much of a view. In addition, the room was not very clean. Under the bed I found a huge coffee-stain, but it didnt bother me too much as it was under the bed and it didnt smell. We didnt ask for roomkeeping a single day. The good part is that it's in a decent location close to all the sights in Poznan, and the staff were friendly enough. The aircondition worked well. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Only issue I had was the smell in the corridor out side the room. The paint you were using had a very horrible odor.

The best advantage is location. Hotel Parking is small so it is hard to find a place in evening hours. It is most likely that you will park on the street. Room was small as well, without cabinet and fridge. It was cold inside, however, clean. I stayed three nights and everyday ask for breakfast "to go" as as I had to leave very early and at 7 I do not feel like eating anything . Only once the staff remembered about it. Once I was given a container to pack myself, and the next time I was given croissants, fruit and drinks quickly thrown in to bag.

Everything was good. Checking in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean, warm and quiet. Bed was comfortable, bathroom spotless, plenty of towels. All good.

Well located near the (currently under construction) town square and offers limited parking (make a reservation!). Small lobby and lounge but offers great reception desk service and nice breakfast. Quiet rooms even though near a somewhat busy street.

Great, nice balcony too

Driving into and the central city is challenging like any other of these centuries old cities anywhere in the world, I would imagine. Poznań is no different but finding the entry to parking was easier than most. Nice modern hotel and a very nice, small but well equipped, fitness center. Good restaurant and breakfast and comfortable room. If you’re looking to be in very good, reasonably priced rooms in the Centrum of Poznań, this would be a great place to check out (and in to!).

A nice hotel close to the main square and walkable from the train station. Staff were great and check in was nice and easy. Our room was smaller than the pictures shown and wasn’t laid out very well. Couldn’t watch tv from sofa and felt a squeeze when moving around. Plug didn’t work in bathroom sink which made shaving a chore also said had waterfall shower head but didn’t and power of shower wasn’t very impressive. Breakfast was okay but selection was a little lacking. Overall a nice stay but just wasn’t up to the standards that the hotel sells better options available at similar cost.

Great hotel - very good value. I stayed 2 nights. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a stylish but practical shower room and thoughtful provision of bottled water, kettle and teas/coffee. WiFi was excellent - strong signal and very reliable. The room was quiet and had good black out curtains. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast (buffet style) was outstandingly good with a wide range of choice. The hotel is located close to the old town of Poznan (sadly, currently a huge building site!) and has good parking. Reception is 24/7 and staff are helpful and efficient. Highly recommended - the Park Radisson Poznan has everything you'd want a modern city centre hotel to have.

Fantastic location, excellent staff and service! Delicious and fresh buffet breakfast! The only issue is no fridge in the room but the staff assured they are working on it and will be available soon. I will stay there again and strongly recommend the hotel to others :-)

Best customer service,We paid for superior room, we had a large room with a great view in the 5th floor, after a power cut we were moved from the 5th floor with a great view to the 3rd floor to a smaller room overlooking an abandoned car park and the neighbour's window. And yes, no one helped us move our stuff, we did it ourselves. As the beds have only one pillow (not good one btw), we asked for extra pillows, and they brought two small pillows without pillowcase

The only drawbacks of the hotel are that there is no refrigerator in the rooms and there are double beds, these are just two single beds pushed together. A bit uncomfortable but the mattress is good and the linens are lovely. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.
