This is a terrific property. Well designed, well equipped, ultra-clean, and in a super convenient location – walker’s paradise. Frederic was an outstanding host. Always available via text app with accurate, useful info and recommendations for shopping. Highly recommend it, and plan to stay there again.

The property was simple, clean and in a fantastic central location. There is no lobby, but the room has more than needed. A fantastic place to stay in Luxembourg.

Great location, easy to find and with full entry instructions. Apartment was really clean with some nice designer touches. My only negatives are that as a first floor room there was quite a bit of noise from the road - the usual bin lorries etc in the morning. I also would have liked to be able to watch tv in a lounge area rather than sitting on the bed (the lounging chairs are in the kitchen). These are minor issues for a short stay. The apartment is close to all amenities, supermarket, taxi rank, cafes and designer brand shopping if that's your thing.

Amazing location, good amenities. And best part is the host Frederic, great communication. Only flip side, the stairs are a bit narrow, even though there is a lift. So we had a bit of struggle taking the baby pram to the 3rd floor.

Great location, easy to access from the airport (get no 16 bus from airport then approx 4 mins walk from bus stop). Apartment is compact but well thought out. Kitchen well equipped. Clean & tidy. External area felt very safe, well lit. Close to shops, restaurants, bars. A good base for exploring the city.We had a 2 bed apartment, the only downside for us was there was only 1 toilet & 1 shower (there was also a bath with a shower head tap but not suitable for everyone in place of a shower). Communication with host was fantastic. Provided us with the entry codes on time & was happy to answer questions about the area. Also able to atore luggage after check out. I would definately recommend this apartment, excellent value for money. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights in July. We loved the location. The layout of the unit is very clever & fun. The kids loved it. We put them in the downstairs room while mom & dad got to have some privacy upstairs. Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed it. Room/apartment exceeded my expecations. Very nice interior. Everything available and in a clean & new state. Neighbourhood is (I think) the best in Luxembourg. Very frequent & friendly communication with the property owner (late arrival, warning of planned electricity outage, feedback). Be warned, on the first floor there could be street noise very early in the morning, but the owner is really taking this into consideration & I assume this will be fixed in the future. Let this not change your mind - I definitely enjoyed my stay.

I've stayed in many of the hotels around Luxembourg city, and this little studio apartment was head and shoulders above them all so far. I stayed for 4 nights for business. Perfect city centre location without being noisy (I couldn't hear a sound from apartments above or below either). Felt very secure thanks to the key/cardless entry. The whole apartment (and block by the look of it) is finished to a high standard and well-designed so that a relatively small space felt spacious and full of little zones for a change of scenery. Every little detail had been thought of - from detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine to a brilliant Bose TV and bluetooth speaker. Tastefully decorated with lovely touches of artwork. Spotlessly clean. Bed was super comfy. Perfect for self-catering (city supermarket just round the corner) with a well-equipped kitchen. (The equipment was fancier than I have at home - had to look up the Bosch oven manual, it did so many things.) Luxembourg is always expensive, but this apartment was excellent value compared to hotels for the same or more money. I've already recommended CAB Ap'art to my client to put on their recommended accommodation books, and really hope to stay here again soon.

Super good business apt. at prime location in the city. Modern touch and very spacey. No reception, but service company is very flexible in accomodating arrival time and sending someone over to show the apt. (The half-way open shower is maybe more stylish than practicable....)

The best location: shopping and dining right under the building. Very modern and chick apartment with all amenities, including washer, dishwasher, and little kitchen. Very comfortable bed, nice modern decor. Would stay again.
