Lovely clean room and bathroom but quite a lot of road noise if you want the window open at the front. Food was delicious.

Great place to stay but you need a car to go to nearby places of interest. Due to "covid" the management have used what used to be the car park in front of the Pub with outside seating leaving only space for 1 car. There is however no parking restrictions along the section of road it is in. It only has 4 rooms and we got room number 4, it has obviously been recently refurbished and was very nice. Had a decent size toilet/ sink / shower room. not a problem for us but if you can not climb stairs to the first floor do not book a room here. All 4 rooms are upstairs. Booked thro hotels.com and breakfast was also included in the price, that was also very nice with as much tea / coffee / orange juice, a selection of cereal and various cooked which included full English 5/5 from us.

The food and room were good. Unfortunately there is now only one parking space, where there used to be four, so we had to park on the busy public road.

This is a really nice pub and hotel, received a really warm welcome and shown to our room, which whilst located at the top of a couple of flights of stairs, was well worth the climb! A beautifully decorated family room with kitchenette. Clean, tidy and well furnished. Comfortable bed. We decided to eat in the pub and both chose the roast as it was Sunday. Food was amazing and there was a lovely atmosphere in the pub itself. Breakfast the following morning was also wonderful, as late risers we were delighted to hear that breakfast was served all morning and there was no rush to avoid missing it! Again the food was amazing, cooked to order and tasted great. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here before and as usual food and room was brilliant. Only downside now is they have transferred the front car park to a seating area so you have to park off site.

Nice clean and cosy room, I would happily stay again whilst work on the area.

Nice friendly staff, lovely food and room was as described with a comfortable bed.

The staff were friendly...the accommodation was clean well maintained & comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful..you could have whatever combination of items you wanted from the menu..and service was quick & the food was hot. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Pub was very comfortable. Rooms were very clean and modern, fully kitted out. Staff were very friendly and there was a nice beer garden to sit in.

Very nice place very modern room clean and tidy awesome breakfast and very welcoming staff. Would recommend and will suggest this place to my colleagues and friends.

Nice Hotel you might say the room is compact but take nothing away from this place the staff were terrific the shower hot and nothing was any trouble i was only there for one night but would not hesitate to stay again
