Great place to stay when visiting for concerts at Chase or ball games at Oracle. Good location and great service

I have stayed here 7 times total now. Rooms are going down hill. The remote didn’t work. And the room next to us kept slamming the door. I called from desk but all the my said was sorry. Very disappointed. Would like some type of refund or credit back on this stay. Please advise.

The location is good. Parking is not very clear, but the sepeate parking lot is close enough. Area seems to be safe. Room is clean, but the sofa seems to have lot of stains. Staff is nice

Simon helped check us in and he was great! Really friendly and helpful, made the stay that much better! Parking is really tight in their garages, make sure you have a small car! Breakfast served was good!

Stay was fantastic. Shannon at the front desk made us feel very welcomed. Area is a great location close to all public transit to take you anywhere you want to go. Hotel was very clean and we had no issues what so ever.

Very nice hotel. Walls were paper thin and could hear the adjacent room whether they were screaming at each other or pulling the window shade chain. Good breakfast selection. Fantastic staff.

The hotel is very nice great modern amenities and comfortable bed. Bathroom is large. Only complaint is the noise. Even from the 10th floor, the city noise was obnoxious until about 1am. If you live in a city, you probably won't notice it.

Parking is a disaster. Need to work a deal with one of the lots. Directions by staff as were to go “terrible “

Had a great stay at Hyatt Place. Perfect location for attendng Giants games. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and friendly. Front staff always greeted you upon returning to the property. Daily breakfast included was one of the best i have ever had at a hotel.

Parking is very expensive and inconvenient! $75 to park at the hotel and $30 at other garages. During a baseball game it’s $60! Outrageous!! Other than that everyone was super friendly. Breakfast was good.

Walkable to chase center and giants stadium. We had a basic room but location was perfect. No onsite parking was available so we had to park at their recommendation lot. It was ok. But rates their fluctuates so you can’t budget accordingly.

Enjoyed our stay here and the close proximity to Oracle Park. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were clean. Parking was very expensive and we were given some bad information from the front desk about the parking rates.

We came to SF to sight see and watch a baseball game. The Oracle field is just across the street which was very convenient. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I would come back here if we were planning to watch a baseball game.

I only stay here for the Giants games its so close and easy for my elderly mom to get to and from the game.it always wreaks of Marijuana

I love this hotel. The only downsides are parking is pretty much nonexistent and there’s a chance you may be placed in a room that has a view of a wall. You can call and request a room with a good view the morning of your stay to try and avoid that though. I’ve stayed here twice and I’ll definitely be back. Also, the staff is incredibly accommodating.
