It was a pleasant stay. Quiet, clean facilities. Beds were hard, sorry to say. Pillows not too comfy. Balcony beautiful. Had ocean view. Would recommend Coffee Therapy for breakfast and lunch.

Nice rooms & balconies. We loved the view and the fact that we were so close to the beach! Staff was friendly and helpful. Parts of the neighborhood still seemed to be in recovery, but great restaurant attached and a lot of really good places within walking distance.

It is close to where live and the place is great and very convenient to go to nearby fun places! Personnel are super!!

Good location by the beach. Nice property. We had a balcony with excellent view. Very pleased with our choice.

The location is just amazing. Right in front of the beach with balconies for every room. The staff was just awesome. They always answered yes to ever request we had. The internet is slow. Sometimes not working so that needs some fixing. The state of the room: super clean but some renovations meed to happen. Overall because of the location it was worth it.

In my opinion there are two critical things for any hotel, the first you expect a comfortable bed and the second is a working shower. I say this because I have stayed in 100 hotels in the past 12 months. The bed was terrible. It had a spring mattress with no box spring and it should have been replaced long ago. Regardless of all the good features of the Luquillo Sunrise Beach Inn, the bed made it terrible. That was sad because there is a lot to like here. The staff was really good and the place is very clean. While the furniture is dated, it was fine except the bed. The location is really nice and the view from the balcony was excellent. Unfortunately the chairs were standard height so you can't see anything sitting down (this place needs bar height chairs on the balcony). upon getting their, the gate was closed so we had no idea on how to get in. The gate was not locked but the hinge is broken so you have to lift before opening. We didn't know this, but luckily after 10 mins of trying to figure it out, someone came out. In our 3 day stay, that was the only time it was closed. Regarding location, this is right across the street from the beach and your only a few blocks from the downtown square and restaurants and bars.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. The room surpassed my expectations. It was very clean on the third floor so we left the door open to listen to the waves all night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do the same

Local Oceanfront Hotel located in Loquillo neighborhood. My room had 2 comfortable Beds, TV and a refrigerator and a great view of the water from the balcony. They recently added a restaurant located on the upper level which has some amazing food and a very friendly staff. This is my second time staying here and I’ll definitely be back.

This was by far the best place to stay in Puerto Rico, it’s literally steps away from the beach and I sat and watch the sunset and sunrise with coffee and they have a great restaurant and great views as you eat anytime of the day or night, the beach is open 24 hours and is great to walk and enjoy the view and ocean breezes it was truely paradise. And lastly the staff by far was the best staff in the world. And the city is so accessible to everything and the people are so friendly and the night life was even better to experience and you will never want to leave

Good customer service

I am very fussy about cleanliness of motels, and this one exceeded my expectations. The location could not have been better: we were just feet from the beach, we could walk everywhere in town, and it was quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

We loved our stay at the Luquillo Sunrise Beach hotel. The room was comfortable with a balcony looking out over the beach and ocean. We ate twice at Sama, the new restaurant adjoining the hotel, and were bowled over by the delicious food and very friendly staff (Colby, we're talking about you!). It's a great location for visiting El Yunque and Fajardo.
