The bathroom was tiny, the shower floor was very slippery and I couldn’t get a consistent water temperature. The shower would go from hot to cold. The bathroom smelled like poop and you could hear other rooms flushing and constant water running.
I left a yeti tumbler in the room which was found and turned in but they refused to mail it back. So, now we have to send them a self addressed return envelope.
The other Holiday Inn, 3 miles down the same street was a much better experience and included a wonderful complimentary breakfast.
I made the mistake of booking the wrong Holiday Inn. Will make sure that doesn’t happen again.

The hotel was at a convenient location for what i needed. You had to request maid servie which they did not tell me when i checked in. I noticed some cracks in the tile in the bathroom. Staff was very nice. Fitness room was adequate.

the hotel advertises restaurant and bar but it was not open most of the time.

The hotel was easy enough to get to and down the road from large shopping malls, but the area itself seemed secluded. The hotel was clean, but the staff wasn't too helpful and didn't give any information about the property including the times for breakfast or where the pool & gym were located. Also, the pool was in the basement and the only staircase going to it was very dark. My wife and I love going to pools when we travel (always a prerequisite for our hotel choice) but didn't use the pool this time since it wasn't appealing. Finally, they had a very small parking lot which might have had more spaces available if some of the locals didn't hang out there. Overall, it was a decent hotel for a one night stay, but I've stayed in better places.

We paid a decent price and it came with breakfast. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good. They have coffee and tea all day but you have to pay for cold water. The bar and restaurant was pricy so we went across the street to the Indian restaurant for dinner. Since we were on a bicycle trip, we walked to the restaurant across the street which was extremely dangerous.

First the hotel told us that the pool was working. Then when we checked in there was NO POOL. We paid extra for a breakfast. It was not on par with any breakfast anywhere. Please see pictures. Also, the person in charge of the breakfast looked like he was in a bad mood. His face literally said he didnt want to be there, like we were intruding on what could have been a pleasant day for him. The only good thing was the friendly bartender.

It was a nice stay and I would choose them again. The only thing I was not happy with is that they charged my card before I got there after I was told they would not and, they never stated that there would be a $50 hold put on my card.

Check i was quixk. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The fact that there was a Keureg in the room, and not one of those cheap coffee machines was an extea bonus.

I ordered room service. A chicken Caesar salad arrived with old lettuce drenched in oil and some dressing, vinegar perhaps? Just awful.

We really liked that our room had additional space as if it were asuite. It came with two beds and a sofa bed. We also really liked that the hotel was off of a little stream and had outdoor seating where my wife and I played cards.
Unfortunately, we picked the place for the pool and breakfast, but the pool was out of service, for what seems like, a long time, and the breakfast was an additional charge of $12 plus tax. False advertisement.
Other than that, the property was clean and had a nice place to read books. There was an option to shoot pool, but we didn't make it for that. We did try the gym, which was clean, but hard to find.

When you come in the building it looked great. The entrance way and lobby area. The restaurant area looked awesome too but the restaurant was closed on a Sunday. I was told that the breakfast would be up and going at 6:00 a.m. but it wasn't and I did not see a pool on the property which it said it had one Going to the room look terrible. It looked like I stepped back in the '60s. Not up to date at all. When I got in my room door did not match up with the frame. The bed was comfortable but the decor for the room was outdated.
