Nothing was clean bed had random hairs in my bed had roaches and insects inside glad it was only 2 nights.

I don’t like to complain. But, this was so bad, my son and I contemplated sleeping in the car or just driving the 3 hours home. It was just supposed to be a place to crash, but next time I’ll spend the extra $$ on a better place. There were random people lingering around the property. The front desk kept telling me NOT TO SMOKE. As soon as I got to the room, it reeked of smoke. Everything was sketchy, we didn’t want to touch anything. Never again. Spend the extra $$ to feel safe and have a clean room.

The place was very dirty from the inside and outside. It was one of the worst hotel stays i have ever had. The ceiling was dirty and looked like it needed repairs from previous leaks, the bathroom had dirty walls, everything felt so dirty. There was also a roach in our room. I am not usually the type to complain or leave bad reviews but this was just so awful and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The staff was great enough to change our room but the conditions werent any better.

It was the worst experience ever!!! 😭 it was infested with cockroaches!!! They were everywhere in the room!!

Nice rooms and cozy beds

It was easy to check in. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was not good. The mattress was old and felt like we were sinking in the middle. We could hear guests in the other room taking a shower, the vent in the bathroom was really loud.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The beds, floors, snd bed skirts are clearly never cleaned. Even the light switches and walls were disgusting. The ceilings were falling in and nasty. Spend $50 and get a nicer room: highly do not recommend!

The room was very loud, with thin floor above us. The people upstairs as well as in the hall stayed loud until very late, the hotel did nothing about this.

Its sort of a low end accomodation but yes clean microware wifi refridgerator. The high end hampton inn shares the same parking lot but Its worth the 40 dollar/night savings (possibly more)

There was a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom and and dirty hand towel but the front desk attendant came through and gave me clean towel and wash cloth

Let's just say, I would not be going back to this Inn. The is certainly not a Plus Inn, however, the room was clean and spacious. Cleaning lady barely spoke English, but she tried and was helpful. I truly expected better accommodation for the money I paid.

Poorly kept hotel. Run down on the outside with weeds everywhere. Interior of room was ok but amenities lacking. Missing light bulbs, wall shampoo dispensers empty, security guards at each door felt like we were in a dangerous are, price was ridiculous on the weekend for the quality of the hotel, parking was bad, do not stay tgere

This is nit someplace i would ever stay again the place was nit clean had to change room when we found a persons undergarments under a chair. Next room had no towels or soap. When you first ealk in looks like aecurity giards the one had caseworker on chest. It seemed like this was not a regulatr hotel. Please do mot stay here.

The rooms were filthy and you could see back mold in the bathroom. The bathroom door lock had obviously been broken at some point and badly repaired. It was extremely difficult to open the bathroom door. Besides being annoying, this is a fire hazard. Everyday our keys were somehow reset and we needed to get them reprogrammed. The bed covers and carpet were stained. I rented several rooms for my family and my brother and his wife checked out after one night. Their front door had obviously been kicked in at some point and badly repaired. The headboard in the room next door kept hitting their one wall all night from what sounded like a group of people having sex. There is no elevator so you must drag your luggage upstairs with no help from the staff. Most of the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. This hotel is used by NYC to house immigrants there is a security guard sitting at every door. You can only enter through the front door. If you attempted to walk in the door from the parking lot, security would not let you in and ignored you. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel because of its poor condition and very real security issues. My family will not stay there again.

No parking with signs to be towed away not 20 feet from front door. A man seated at front desk area did not help but sat at a desk facing the entrance and said i don’t know when i asked him where the desk staff was Signs everywhere for non smoking but it is clear it was once full smoking and the rugs and hallways still smell of smoke Stay away

(1) The desk attendant was fine. (2) The maid service was annoying. I never had previously experienced a maid service banging on my door exactly at check out time -- and then after my saying I was on my way out in a few minutes -- another coming by and doing exactly the same thing. It seemed unsettling and disturbing. I would anticipate there being at least a 15 minute grace period for guest check-out built in by the hotel management. (3) There was not an elevator. This really was a surprise. It may have been an issue if my bags had been heavier (or I did not have good strength), as well as my having a recent leg problem that -- thankfully -- was nearly resolved. I am uncertain if the info about stairway access only to guestrooms was noted on the website anywhere -- but upon my booking the room there was nothing obvious. (4) I appreciated that there was decent coffee available to make in the room; tho' it would have been an improvement if there had been a small personal pack of biscuit cookies or something as well, particularly given there was no breakfast available on-site.

The staff was real nice. The room was dirty and in poor condition. It really needed a renovation. There was a lot of security around which was nice. Housekeeping was by request and a guess as to what type of towels you would receive. Overall a disappointing room.

Comforters, and Sheets had burn hole in them, sheets had blood in them.

This was my second time at this hotel, and I can honestly say it shall be my last time at this hotel. This time around, the second time had more cons than pros.

Bug in the mini fridge. Shower was dirty

Beds were dirty and all you felt was springs actually left to go to a different hotel. There were people all over outside that looked like they were up to no good felt very unsafe

While taking shower, hot water went away and only cold water. Called Front Desk, no answer. Had to go to desk and informed desk of no Hot Water. Front Desk called after 30 minutes and said Maintenance Man was usable to come back to Hotel. Was offered another room but declined it. I want full refund for tonight's stay.

Walls/ ceiling were paper thin… could hear everything. Didn’t make for a good sleep.

Security personnel stationed at every hotel exit - because the doors apparently did not lock when closed. Very sketchy people hanging around in the parking lot and lots of strange things going on in open hotel rooms near the office. I stay in a lot of hotels - this one was very sketchy and I felt very odd being there. I grabbed a few hours of much needed sleep and then left. I will not return to that hotel

Rooms smelled bad. Police were called to the location multiple times

Always the greatest last resort to a trip to see baseball

Everything was great except no breakfast unlike other red roof inns.
