Nice little hotel, we stayed in the basic room. Reasonable size and very clean. Had all the basics you would need ie toiletries, kettle, hairdryer etc. We were able to drop our bags off early which was nice. We were even given complimentary pastries and coffee. Before checking in, we found it difficult trying to access the property, we were stood outside for a while trying to work out how to get inside as door is only accessible with a key. We ended up calling the number instead. However, overall was a good stay and would recommend.

Very comfortable stay. Room was easy to access, inside was very clean and in a great location. Super bathroom too. Understand it's eco friendly but personally would appreciate proper cups instead of paper ones for the coffee machine. Otherwise loved it ❤️

The room is very nice and the area is great. The cleaning staff were also great. The main problem was check in. You have to have cell service in order to open the door. I tried contacting the hotel but no one ever returned my messages. I sent several from Expedia. It’s a zero staff service hotel other than the very nice cleaning staff.

I had been worried about this virtual key to open the door as I’m not very technological but it was brilliant! We were only 2 mins walk from great restaurants but quiet when we got back to the room Thank you for a great stay

Fabulous apartment in a central location close to bars restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. Super comfortable bed, spotlessly clean apartment and decent facilities.

A fantastic place to stay in the centre of Alicante. Beautiful clean room and a great size. The only things which could improve would be an in room safe and somewhere to leave a bag. However, at the great price it is, I understand why this isn’t possible. Thank you for such a great stay

Thanks again to this lovely little property for a fab Christmas break in the old town part of Alicante - we’ve stayed before, we’ll definitely stay again. Big, comfy bed and room with plenty of storage. It’s a nice touch to have a coffee machine and fridge - and we really appreciated the Christmas chocolate gifts. The property is surrounded by countless bars and restaurants (some were closed on the evening of 24th December, but there was still plenty of choice, and everywhere seemed open for business again on Christmas Day).

Cons: This property is not staffed. Check-in is Online; there is an app that lets you into the front door. However, once we got to our room-door, we had to phone-in to get the code into the lock-box for the door-key. My messages in Expedia to the property went unanswered. You cannot leave your luggage here for the day after check-out. Do not shower too hard, or too long. The shower-floor will over-flow easily, and there may not be enough hot water for 2 long showers. The water also sprays everywhere. Our bath-mat was taken away on our third day and we had to mop-up the water from the floor with our own towels. Pros: Most places in Alicante are walkable. This property is just off Ramblas, and about 1 minute from the Town Hall, and 2 minutes from the waterfront. Very spacious room and bathroom. There are coffee pods provided with a small coffee machine. No mugs, just the glasses in the bathroom.

Great and quiet location despite being so central. Well-equipped room, kept super clean. it would have been useful to have been sent check in instructions in advance i.e. to phone arrival to be let in.

Perfect location and Super clean!

This place is superb! Our room was extremely clean and everything looked like new! Super comfortable bed and great shower. The communication with the host was also great, I appreciate that there was someone waiting for us in our late check in as our flight arrived past midnight. I definitely recommend this place.

Check in and check out process was a mystery. No instructions given. The actual location, room and amenities were fabulous. Clear check in and check out instructions would have made this a 5/5 review. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, decor beautiful and spotlessly clean.

very good location to city, restaurants and beach maybe 5 min walk. did not use any transport other than my feet during 5 days stay. The bed was good too. and a small balcony with view to the street i could drink the dolce coffe. the shower was large but the wash was very little, and opportunity for store things in the bathroom could be better.

Wow!! What a wonderful place to stay. A beautiful room and a great bathroom. Everything about it was absolutely amazing! I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

It isn’t the first time we’ve stayed in this little property (and it won’t be the last), I think they only have four rooms and we’ve slept in three of them so far. Set in a classily refurbished building, the rooms are large, tasteful, clean … just lovely!

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with lovely staff, would highly recommend as great value for money too. Excellent location for beach and old town. A kettle would be a welcomed addition to the room but everything else was perfect, thank you.

There are no parking facilities at this hotel but there is an underground public car park a very short walk away with very reasonable rates .We arrived quite late around 10 pm, so had to knock on the massive old oak door to be let in , we were greeted in our room which was clean and comfortable by a pleasant Spanish lady she asked us to pay her and then she left that was the last we saw of anyone .There was some kind of coffee maker in our room with no instructions and the coffee pods were very bloated and out of date , there was a couple of tea bags but no kettle and no milk , she didn’t explain were to find her if we needed her nor any check instructions , so the next morning we showered left the keys in our room and left , although the room was comfortable and clean We found the whole experience a little odd !

Super cute and comfortable. The owner was very nice too. If you arrive after hours, you have to talk at the restaurant, which was kind of hard to figure out from the sign. Great location, and lots of food around. Also has an elevator, and they were able and willing to keep our luggage after check out. Great value for the money!

The room was very nice and clean, and comfortable bed. There is no reception so had to email arrivsl time or ring the doorbell. Location is superb close to restaurants and marina. Recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic room overlooking the church. The building is amazing and beautifully decorated. The location is so ideal for exploring the streets of the old town and beach.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay Apr-22. The location could not be better, central to everything and with a great restaurant in the same block, and many more within 2 minute walk. Quiet an night too. Would not hesitate in staying here again on our next visit. When you arrive, pop into the Bruno Restaurant to let the host know you've arrived 5*
