Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable, but I could hear the people above me until late into the night, in what sounded like a herd of elephants walking around and banging things around. Otherwise, it was great. I would book again, but on the top floor.

Only stayed one night. Fantastic room and amenities with a great price. Will stay again.

The front desk staff were accommodating and helpful. Check-in was quick.

I like the location. I have stayed several times in the last few years. It is a good place to explore Savannah and Hilton Head.

Have stayed at this location multiple times. Always been clean with friendly staff. Also conveniently located walking distance from a Mexican restaurant.

Very nice people who tried to help but I was there for work and unable to connect to internet. Others had same issue.

Everything was great, but there was a mix up and Thursday night a lady was mistakenly told she’d have our room that night. She opened the door when she realized the desk made a mistake.

Apparently it is “normal” to have water bugs and roaches flying around the room coming out of the AC units and through vents because we are now in Georgia!! Front desk said that they have numerous complaints about it and they are “working on it”. SMH!!! Don’t expect to sleep on the sofa bed because you can’t!! Lol. Front desk acknowledged the poor quality and even gave us extra blankets to put on the spring mattress that had seen better days. The staff was friendly and trying to be helpful. Everything else was sub par.

The facilities were extremely clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t top notch was the breakfast. Other than that, my one night stay was great!

We had low expectations given the other hotels we had to deal with during our trip. But this one gave us faith in the industry again. Holiday Inn is what it is - a mid grade no frills spot to lay your head. But this location was great, they clearly took pride in the work they did and in providing a good spot for a no frills stay. Facility was impeccably clean, staff was attentive, breakfast was fresh and the area was clean and tidy. Kudos to the staff and the managers.

I really enjoyed my stay. Nice clean and the fact that Tanger outlet was 3min away made it a plus. Very close to everything you can think of.

Booked 4day stay through Expedia, sent a message to this hotel on the day of check-in stating that our flights have been delayed but will still continue our booking. When we were on our way to the hotel, called front desk and was surprised when she said she cant find our booking. Called Expedia and agent called the front desk,got the same message and was told to call the hotel’s manager the following day. This was the weekend when Tropical storm Debbie was on the way to Savannah. My family has to find another accommodation although we have paid for that reservation. The hotel’s manager replied the next day saying that they put us as a no show thats why booking was not found. This hotel is a 24/7 facility and its their responsibility to monitor messages from the guests especially during these situations. My family with 2 young kids will be left without an accommodation if we didnt call them on our way there. Expedia has a horrible custoenr service,live chat agents will state they will process refund but will receive a final email with a rejection of request. Dont bother booking in this hotel,and will not be booking with Expedia anymore for future travel. Complaint sent to BBB.

Typical roadside hotel off of 95. Shower was good, cookies were a nice touch at checkin, and room was spacious.

I like this place. I wish they have more options of bread in the breakfast.

The place in Port Wentworth was very nice , clean and comfortable. Staff was very receptive even though we got delayed and it was 11 pm when we arrived.

Upon check-in, we greatly appreciated that our room keys were handed to us without our room number being announced. That gave us much comfort and peace of mind. We also enjoyed the access to hot coffee throughout our stay. The gym equipment was sufficient for a light workout but the air conditioner may not have been working properly at the time -- airflow wasn't the greatest. Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Updated and new hotel.

Everything was good. Recommend some bathroom ventilation. After showering it was very steamy in the bathroom because of no ventilation. Other than that it was good!!!!
