Erik the front desk reception was awesome, courteous excellent.

Large rooms, clean and nice, strong wifi, friendly staff, large breakfast variety. Possible improvement: have water filter machine; so guests can refilll their water (in the very hot city)

Clean, close to central city area, friendly staff who helped with taxi arrangements, storing luggage and eager to help. Rooms (we stayed at 2 different rooms, due to repeat visits) were clean and quiet. Improvement: 1) Have dispenser for soap, shampoo rather than single-use products 2) Have a water-filler tank in the lobby for refill of water (very hot in Santa Marta), free or at a small charge.

Very nice place. I would stay again. About a 10 min walk from the center, but that meant it was quiet. Beds and bathroom/shower were nice. Spacious room.

4 nights in a dark and humid room with no possibility of seeing the sun light. the only window was facing a wall....the area around is not safe once the night falls. Bad stay overall, especially the high humidity, due to not fresh air circulating in the room, that strange feeling of going to bed in wet bedsheet I will never forget.... the only real positive point is the staff, people at the reception are amazing and very professional and nice.

Clean, simple, really good beds. The white lights are a little bit exhausting, seems like an Office . The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is really cute but we did not have the chance to see the 3rd floor with its rooftop. When we arrived we got told that there will be a private event that night so no access possible for the night. No excuses were offered even though we explained our disappointment. We could have stayed at a different hotel. All we wanted was a relaxing event and avoid the hassle of going to the city. When we came back down to head out to the city, the receptionist told us his manager was willing to offer a complimentary drink... To have in the lobby. We declined and headed out. When we came back the event was still going and people were really loud. We would have expected a refund so that we could spend the night somewhere else or at least a considerable discount since we did not get what we paid for. If we wanted a room just for the night we would have stayed in a hostel for much cheaper.

We stayed for 2 nights before visiting Santa Marta. Excellent shape overall, extremely clean and pleasant. Well equiped, large rooms, usefull extra services like washing machine and the staff is at disposal. Only 10 minutes walk from the city center and the beach, calm area. So good that we booked another 2 nights after the first 2. Fully recommended.

This hotel is the perfect base for Santa Marta - the staff are wonderful, the property is brand new and the location is great (in a residential area, about a 10 minute walk to the waterfront or to the market for the bus to Tayrona).

The service was really good. The cleaningness was excellent, and the room in really good shape
