Amanda at checkin is one of the greatest assets of this hotel—an amazing employee. If I still had my business I’d hire her away. Room was exceptional and quiet.. best yet for St Louis!

Check in, they did not have the room (2 queen) so they gave us a ADA room. I told the receptionist that I would be okay with a King room since we had one less traveler with us, she said she couldn’t change it due to booking with third party (this isn’t true, bc there has been many times that rooms have been changed, she didn’t want to do the extra work, also, if she was able to assign us a ADA room, why not another ?). Reception was rude for both check in and check out process. Cafe was closed so we could not BUY coffee in the morning, she said they are short staffed so Cafe isn’t open. Staff not friendly.

One of the most friendly staffs I have stayed at Courtyard. Parking is convenient and Starbucks across the hotel. Definitely this is the place to stay in St. Louis.

Only negative was the toilet drain line was in the same wall as the bed headboard, so early morning flushes by upstairs occupants were a bit loud and startling.

We really like this hotel for business travel. Gym is very spacious and the place is in really good condition. I tell them every time I stay......THEY NEED TO TURN DOWN THE WATER SOFTENER. Literally, the most slippery water I have ever experienced. Ridiculous.

Very comfortable large room. We were in other hotels, there was very tight and the mattresses on the sofa were very thin. In this hotel there was a wide room. The sofa was very comfortable and the mattress was thick. It was very comfortable to sleep.

Great bed and pillows, but we were right next to the mechanical room. It was so loud, with a vibration you could actually feel. It didn’t last ALL night, but made it very hard to fall asleep. Also, the coffee maker didn’t work, which just added insult to injury. Great location though, for getting around town.

Great stay. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Upon check in after a long drive we discovered that the TV’s didn’t work. They weren’t able to fix them that night, but they offered us the option to use the unoccupied room across the hall to watch tv. They did what they could to make it right and I greatly appreciated that. Also, the location is great! Many eating and shopping options close. I will be back!

The hotel was great other than the breakfast not being available the entire weekend. I choose hotels with breakfast so I don’t feel like I have to rush. Would have chose somewhere else had I have known that but that was the only downside to the trip the bar and breakfast not really being available

It is a nice hotel - easy to get to & places to go within walking distance. The water is so highly softened you feel greasy & slick after showering or washing your hands or face- wonder if they can correct that issue. The staff is attentive & friendly - overall a good place to stay.

Everything was fantastic! I wish they had a free breakfast, but there are fantastic breakfast options all within 10 minutes of the hotel. There's even a Starbucks within walking distance. I will be staying here again!

We stayed for one night but the property was nice and clean. Receptionist was friendly and got us checked in quickly. It’s does have restaurants within walking distance, that was nice. Also it was around a target and I needed something quick so that was convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting again.
