Free parking . The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. 750 sqft. High ceilings in the living room .
This is a hotel masquerading as a Marriott Residence Hotel. The hotel is severely dated, and the maintenance crews are fighting a losing battle. The hotel needs a restoration.
The exterior needs a pressure wash along with new paint. The exterior architectural hardware is dated and was chosen because it was the least expensive. Some of the concrete is starting to deteriorate.
The inside on entering had a strong scent of mold. The carpeting was at its serviceable end.
The downstairs shower, that is attached to the downstairs bedroom, had not enough flow to have a shower. ( I dressed without taking one). The laboratory sink has the same low pressure, barely enough to brush my teeth.
The second bedroom, was a queen bed at the top of the balcony. I thought this was a 2 bedroom suite. The space did have a separate full bathroom. Funny my brother who was using the space had a working shower and bath but had trouble with the flushing of the toilet. My brother was woken up by an alarm on the radio, at 2 am.
The living room had a dated and well used sofa bed. The ceiling fan/light was a good touch but the light kit needed to be cleaned to remove dirt and thus
On checkout we ran into another woman who was angry about the condition of her unit. She was going to communicate with Marriott about her experience.
Another brother was staying in another and brand new Marriott 2 miles away , and the contrast was startlingly.

Location and the convenience of 2 bathrooms and 3 sleeping areas. Just wish we could have slept better.
Difficulty checking in. They couldn’t find confirmation number & our name was entered wrong. Dirty chair, carpet, bathrooms. Non functioning ceiling light/fan with cords coming out of it. Awakened in the middle of night by staff manager banging on our door & trying to push open door, demanding our names and threatening to call the police.

The pool was the worst spot. It was actually pretty gross! There was nasty stuff like trash and diapers and used eyelashes and junk.

The room was supplied well, the only dispointment was a very loud refrigerator noise when it was running. The first morning there was no breakfast service because staff didn't show up.

It was in a nice area
The front door was broken and let a lot of cold air through. The tile floors were dirty. The second floor bathroom was dirty and the sink did not drain. Very disappointed with the amount of money I spent.

Very close to the metro
Property had packing containers (taller and wider than port-a-potties) outside. Lots of containers that created a bottleneck where only one car could pass coming and going to the room. It was a safety hazard and unsightly/ugly. Why all the containers? Also, the outdoor fire pit by the pool was not operational. They would come out and “pretend” to “try” and light it, but it didn’t work. I think they knew it, but made a show of trying to light it.

It's a nice location and I heard good things about this place which is why I decided to book here.
The booking site wasn't clear about how much the deposit was. I arrive at the room and went set something on the kitchen counter and a roach crawled out. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn't close because the screws were coming out of the bottom hinge which made everyone have to use the bathroom downstairs in order to have privacy. The couch needed to be cleaned as well because the arm of the couch was dirty. For the prices they charge for those rooms none of these things should happen.

The woman at the first desk I believe her name was Florence she’s a true gem. Very nice and friendly and had a beautiful smile after question. Explained any questions I had went over everything and checked to make sure I understood everything before signing my name.
Maybe just more parking.

Nothing, parking is terrible, the staff was rude, kids tuning drinks room to room it was HORRIBLE,
The manager at night time SHEMEKA was so rude to me and my party and we had roaches in our room. she put us out at midnight because we complained about the bugs. 5 females put out at midnight to pack up cars on a dark parking lot

The place was nice when I called them about minor issues they accommodated my family perfect.
I didn't like it was only like 2 or 3 small trash cans. The place has a kitchen I thought it would have a place for trash.
