Nevenka was a wonderful host - friendly, accommodating and very helpful!! The room was small, but perfect for me and my daughter. The space was modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent - an easy walk to the Riva, Diocletian's palace and beaches.

Our stay was perfect! The accommodations are very nice and up to date. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great as it was a hot week. The owner and their family are so nice. Highly recommend this place!

An excellent place to stay if you are in Split. It is in the heart of the old town and you can walk from there to basically anywhere in the city. The room was very clean and looks like it was recently renovated. The hosts are friendly and will give you tips on restaurants and activities in the area.

What a fantastic place to stay! Right from the time of booking the communication with the host was friendly and helpful. Arrival was quick and easy the host met us and showed us around and explained everything. Definately would recommend the taxi collection that they offer. The driver was very friendly and gave us information on the city and getting around. The apartment was very well equipped and anything extra we needed could happily be provided, even beach towels which saved packing any. The location of the apartment was also great. A short walk to the main old town centre and a good choice of bars and restaurants. Overall we cannot think of anything negative to say as it was an amazing find.

This place was perfect for anyone traveling looking to stay in split on a budget. It was the nicest place of our trip and as two young guys we really enjoyed it

I really recommend this place! We had a really great time, and the whole team were very nice and helpful. If I’m coming back to split, I will definitely stay at Central old town rooms.

We stayed there only one night, nice and quiet area. Room was ok, with a small kitchenett. Very friendly service, bed was good, small bathroom, even smaller shower. Darker curtains had been nice in rhe morning.

I had a hard time deciding where to stay in Split, but so glad I chose this area. About a 15 minute walk to the bus and ferry.Nevenka was great as well. She had all of the information I needed on Split and even did a load of laundry for me. There were beach towels to use and sunscreen. I cannot think of one thing that was missing. It is a great place to stay.

Nevenka was such a lovey host who met us at 7am once we got off our ferry and allowed us to store luggage. She cleaned the room thoroughly and left a local beer for us to try! The apartment was beautiful, with not a single thing to complain about. Perfect location, air conditioning, a loft, an incredible bathroom and even a mini fridge. Thank you Nevenka for such a wonderful stay in Split!

The room is so nice, the bed is so comfortable. The place is only 10 minutes walk from the central bus station and is near from the tourist spots. The owner is so accommodating and friendly.

Nice place and location

Room was really clean and newly renovated (very modern). The host is really nice and helpful, and prepared cold drinks in fridge for us the day we arrived. it was really convenient to go any attractions from here. Stuff cleaned the room and changed new towers everyday. we will choose this place again when we go back to Split in the future!

We slept for one night at this hotel. We read the reviews from other guests before booking, others had given much credit to the owner of the hotel for her hospitality, we can’t do anything but agree! Because of a late cancellation of other guests we got the newly renovated room on the upper floor. We got to take a look at one of the rooms downstairs too and both that one and the one we stayed in was really good! Ask the owner anything and we’re sure she’ll help you as she helped us! With both good restaurants and where to find everything in town. We also booked transfer through the hotel and in the morning they followed us to the taxi since the street is to narrow to enter with a car. It’s a little tricky to find the hotel look for number 7 - It’s a bit “uphill” from town. Only good things to say about this stay. /Two Swedes

The lady who met me at the room was lovely (she even left a cold beer in the fridge) and promptly on time despite only booking the room an hour before, the room was in a great location and the aircon was bliss (just what I needed after a week on boiling hot yacht). The only thing I would say is that the bed seemed to be more of a sofa bed without a proper mattress so want the comfiest...
